Look at these two love birds! Tiff seems happy with her girlfriend don't you think? Jenny also seems quite struck with her kitty eh?
This art was done by my friend @medsptg !! Check them out!
It was a pleasure drawing them!
I'll never stop cornplating abt how Jenny Wakeman dabbles in different kinds of art throughout the show, I love that for her so much.
I may have mentioned this somewhere before but one headcanon I've kept throughout the years is that she first picked up crafts and hobbies like painting pre-series, before she was allowed out of the house, developed a passion for it, and carried on with it long afterwards. I think that with everything that's going on with her life, she'd benefit greatly from having some form of physical, creative outlet to decompress and express herself freely. Someone like Jenny would also really appreciate the very Human aspect of creating something with your hands--a visual, physical manifestation of your thoughts, feelings, and belief system--and being able to share those feelings and connect with others engaging with what you've made.
In fact, I also really like the idea of her not only continuing this into adulthood, but trying out a bunch of other different art forms as well (pottery, sculpting, welding, glass blowing, jewelry making, wood carving...so long as it won't gum up her systems or isn't too expensive to acquire tools/materials-- the sky's the limit!). The previously stated sentiments for why she would aside, I also think that for someone like Jenny, making and selling artwork would probably be one of the more "stable" forms of work and income she has access to, seeing that not many other jobs out there would allow her to just drop what she's doing at a moment's notice and for however long at a time to go beat up some alien invaders or thwart a bank heist. Not to mention there's the more in-the-weeds matter of her status as a non-human/the likelihood that she is not legally considered a citizen by the government probably making it difficult for her to find respectable, salaried work where she's paid/treated well by her employer(s).
This isn't to say that she's necessarily making a killing as an artist either, especially in this climate; but it's one job where she knows she won't get exploited as a machine or fired for going MIA to do her other, arguably more important job of saving the world... so for better or worse, it's a basket that she's put quite a few of her eggs in and simply has to hope that they all hatch in order to support herself.

Jenny took a little inspiration from Garnet… maybe too much. Anyways, I had an idea rolling around in my head and thought that Garnet would be Jenny’s mentor and role model at some point :)
