In honour of it being summer here where I live, here’s a Summer December diet/rule post!

Easy December diet rules: 🫧🦋

• 1000cal MAX, 1400 on cheat days (1 cheat day a week to avoid binging)

•fast for 20hr minimum

•weigh in once every 4 days

•go jogging 1-2 times a day

•water, water, water!

•eat fruits, veggies, fish, eggs, brown bread, seafood.

• protein is a lifesaver, don’t be afraid to hit your protein goal

•avoid alcohol until you reach your gw

•go swimming or walking regularly to get your tan up

•go out as much as you can to avoid food; park, beach, pool, etc.

• do these exercises twice a day, morning and 4hr before you go to bed

•this diet is a must, you can skip week one if you want :)
