Some Freelance Work I did for JC Studios in Jersey City. I am really proud with how well these came out! And so was the client, which is what really matters!!

Trying to piece together a portfolio to submit is hard! But it gives me a chance to look over and see where I’ve made progress and what mediums or ideas I want to revisit.

This was done back in 2015 and I forgot how much I liked this piece! I remember being inspired by @nikinapalm and how she lays down a background color and then illustrates on top of it. It’s so freeing to not always be tied down by an initial sketch. A nice mental palette cleanser.

One of my assignments from MCAD. Physical copies are risograph printed on grey paper and look so nice! I wish I had a risograph!

I’ve literally had this on my computer for about a month and a half to two months!! Always make sure you check the color mode you work/save in kids. Or you get super frustrated when the image won’t save in PNG and the colors don’t match! Although, the colors that tumblr kept displaying were so nice I decided to keep them!

Liar and Lyre

Re-imagination of a Celtic Fairytale called “The Horned Women”. Basically this housewife lets multiple witches into her house and they kill her children. Then something about a magic sieve and she has her dead children drink their/her blood and they come back to life. It was neat.
