Fanart of Doctor Aphra from the Star Wars comics. She’s like a reverse Indiana Jones- she steals weapons from museums and says “it belongs in an artillery” (or so my friend told me)- and she’s a lesbian and she was Darth Vader’s sidekick for a while, and I need to actually read the comics she’s in rather than just falling in love w/ a character based on art alone.

Just a random user/seller of potions and charms. The vial around her neck has text inscribed in it that does something, to used in an absolute emergency.

Tried a few different new things. I liked how detailed it got in places, and erasing parts and then coloring back over the empty areas.

I love Link’s Gerudo outfit in Breath of the Wild. For a while there I put him in the outfit even when I didn’t need to.

My friend told me the lipstick was too much, so did a more masculine, unadorned lip version.

Had the idea of Harley with a fancy pearl necklace evocative of her frilled white collar from her original outfit. From there it progressed and I tried a few different things. It started going towards costume party or masquerade, and I considered a few different things for masks. I also have a version without the color in the hair.

I chose America Chavez because 1) her name, duh, 2) she’s Latina/Hispanic, 3) she’s a lesbian 4) she’s from another dimension (so, immigrant), 5) she’s a woman, 6) she’s awesome.

She is everything Tr*mp and his followers hate, so she seemed the perfect person to draw punching a bigot.
