I know I told a few people about the place we're visiting, but I figured I'd post some pictures. We're staying in a circular treehouse built around the trunk of a tree, about 35 feet up. It's actually open from waist height on 3 sides, but I had trouble getting a good picture to illustrate that.

I styled and trimmed my John wig a little bit. It definitely looks a lot better this way, compared to how it looked earlier.

I took some unneeded length off the back of the neck, smoothed out the sides, and made the bang and the sideburns more defined. I might add in a top spike, but our group is going for a little more realistic so maybe not.

Also I managed to lose my glasses. Whoops.

So my birthday is on the 4th of September aaaaand that's not too far off! It's the day after Kumoricon, a Tuesday, and I expect everyone will be pretty exhausted but if anyone's up for it, I'll be chilling at Director's around noon, probably with cupcakes.

(This seems like a little early to be posting this but my internet will likely be spotty over the next week so I figure earlier is better than like, the day before.)
