I'm about to have an anxiety attack over a fucking chair missing from our table. Bring the chair we've asked for twice now. Donyour freaking job.

I chopped my hair off today. I always kept my long hair because I thought short hair makes my face look fat and looking fat would feed my eating disorder. Now I have recovery and confidence I can have short hair.

Today I was booted☹️. ED's voice is extremely loud at the moment. I've had a good few days with my eating and I've struggled but felt worthy of fighting. The fight is harder in this boot. I need more support.

My work Christmas party was Friday night. I had such a great time and it was much needed. I'm slowly feeling normal whatever that means. All I know is I don't feel down in the dumps all the time and that is a nice feeling.
