Mekaku City Diary [The Kinetic Novel]

Shintaro is a NEET who hid himself in his room after his friend Ayano went missing. One night, he has a dream where a being named Azami tells him he was given a "diary" and that he will compete against ten others to become God. However, in order to become God one must kill all the others and gain their dairies. He isn't interested until he realizes that if he becomes God he could find Ayano. -------------------------------- Auditions have been pushed back until September 22nd.

Auditions ended August 22nd, 2014 and we have decided most of the cast except for Kano and Haruka. There have also been some slight changes. Due to the lack of video editor auditions we have changed the project from an audio play to a kinetic novel. A kinetic novel is basically a visual novel without the choices. And now for the cast:

Mekaku City Diary [The Kinetic Novel]

Auditions for Mekaku City Diary are open! We are looking for voice actors, artists, video editors and audio sequencers! 

What is Mekaku City Diary? Mekaku City Diary is a kinetic novel about Mekaku City Actors in a Mirai Nikki/Future Diary setting. 

In this AU, their eye powers are considered "diaries" and in order to become God, one must collect all the eye powers. Shintaro is a NEET who's friend, Ayano, disappeared a while ago. He has a dream where he discovers he is part of a game to become God. He doesn't want to compete in this game but if it means he can find Ayano again, he will.
