Why You Should Always Wear Your Helmet.
PSA: never put stickers on your helmets (unless you have checked with the manufacturer) because the adhesive can weaken the structure!
How Psychic is Your Sign?
ARIES: You approach the psychic world like you approach everything else – head on! You’re forthright in your beliefs (or your skepticism) but being too sure of yourself can hinder your psychic development in some ways, as can your arrogance.
Your Psychic Talent: Precognition – how very Aries it is to get information before anyone else!
TAURUS: You take a step by step approach to psychic development and you’re cautious about protecting yourself from psychic attack. Very grounded, your kindness is an asset in psychic work and your determination to learn puts you ahead of your peers.
Your Psychic Talent: Psychometry – having a physical object to hold helps you enormously in picking up psychic impressions.
GEMINI: You love to communicate and can’t stop yourself from giving people messages and psychic advice. The constant chatter of your mind can be a hindrance to psychic development though, and it’s important that you learn some stillness and calm.
Your Psychic Talent: Mediumship – doing what you do best – talking – but to spirit instead of to living people!
CANCER: You’re highly sensitive but slightly wary of the psychic world, and your fears can put up barriers to psychic communication. Your compassion is a great help, however, and you are shrewd enough to understand when you’re being taken for a ride.
Your Psychic Talent: Tarot – you have an intuitive understanding of imagery and symbolism.
LEO: You love the sense of importance that being psychic gives you, and you milk the “look at me” factor for all it’s worth. Your genuine desire to help others is very spiritual, however, and if you can put your ego aside you can be a great channel.
Your Psychic Talent: Clairvoyance (seeing spirit) – you especially love being able to see grand figures from times past.
VIRGO: You have the technical ability to make a great psychic, but you’re held back by a lack of confidence and a dislike of the vagueness of it all. Methodical and disciplined, you would shine in a psychic art which takes many years to master thoroughly.
Your Psychic Talent: Astrology – where you can seamlessly synthesize hundreds of details into a helpful, coherent whole.
LIBRA: You find it difficult to trust the psychic impressions you receive, for fear of saying the wrong thing or upsetting someone. Nonetheless, much of what you think is imagination is actually spirit input – stop trying to over-rationalize it and just feel.
Your Psychic Talent: Tai Chi or any other kind of moving meditation – a graceful and fluid way to connect with spiritual energies.
SCORPIO: A natural psychic and mystic, you have strong potential and an affinity with spiritualism, the occult and all things mysterious and unknown. You love to research the history of these topics, and can become quite the aficionado of the psychic world.
Your Psychic Talent: Telepathy – want to know what other people are thinking or to manipulate their thoughts? You can!
SAGITTARIUS: You’re not sure whether you believe in psychic abilities or not, but you do accept that there’s more to the world than we can know. Sudden or dramatic incidents in your life up your psychic senses and you’ll find yourself much more open at times of crisis.
Your Psychic Talent: Astral travel – go wherever you’d like from the comfort of your chair or bed!
CAPRICORN: You take the psychic world very seriously and get irritated with those who think it’s a game or an entertainment. A traditionalist at heart, you’re interested in the old ways of the psychic arts, and suspicious of the new-agey take on psychic abilities.
Your Psychic Talent: Runes – you’re fascinated by these ancient tools and have a unique insight into their use.
AQUARIUS: You know there’s something out there – you’re just not sure what. You look for a rational, scientific answer to psychic phenomena, but you’re excited when you can’t find one. Ahead of your time in many ways, you could tune in to alien races or beings.
Your Psychic Talent: Channeling – wise words from other races or entities just surge through your stream of consciousness.
PISCES: As a true empath, you’re very open to psychic vibrations and you’re among the most sensitive of all signs. You must learn to keep your emotions at arm’s length, however, otherwise they will interfere with the psychic impressions you are able to pick up.
Your Psychic Talent: Clairsentience (feeling spirit) – sensing pains, emotions and states of mind comes naturally to you.

OMG SO IT IS!
Danny Phantom things
let’s just establish that Danny totally listens to Twenty One Pilots, honestly that music is right up his alley and he thinks every song is his favorite song, and then he finds out about Blurryface and it’s meaning and he just just falls on the floor like “holy crap…” because it sinks in too hard (think “Dan Phantom” for this one)
okay but imagine the group chat between Tucker, Sam, and Danny? i’d pay money to see that- danny has a little ghost emoji next to his name in their phones i just know it
Danny and Peter Parker would be great friends, secret teen super heroes with a half life and awful battle puns- i don’t know what universe this would happen in BUT IT IS REAL AND I NEED IT, just imagine??
for the first two weeks or so after danny got his powers, he would lock his door and transform in front of the mirror and try to get comfortable with his body as a ghost and practice his powers and float around because he’s already insecure about his human form and he keeps hearing the word “freak” over and over
After the events in Reign Storm, Danny realizes just how (literally) close to death he is and tries to draft up his will, except he has nothing to give so it basically turns into a memoir with a lot about his two friends and then he realizes somewhere along the way he started crying so he goes for a late night fly to clear his mind because he’s only 14 and doesn’t want to die, godd he doesn’t want to die
For the science fair, Danny does his project on some new findings in space but his teacher says he gets an F because his textbook has different information so Danny spends 3 nights composing an entire fucking research thesis so strong with works cited and a presentation and he submits it and his teacher still doesn’t care so he contacts the textbook publishers and proves it to them and his teacher is just bewildered and Danny laughs at the end of the day because of the stupid pun he made when his teacher changed his grade, “well thank my lucky stars!” (shout out to stabilized-breasts for giving me this idea because i was sad about my son and then gave me a cute idea to cheer me up)
it’s almost danny’s 15th birthday and Tuck spends weeks hiding in his house and long story short, he hacks the NASA official page and makes the banner say “DANNY PHANTOM IS THE COOLEST” or some nerdy shit and updates it to ghost icons and then texts danny at 11:59pm and tells him to check the website, so then a bunch of NASA investigators/specialists show up in Amity Park because they think Danny Phantom hacked their website, so my smol son Danny Fenton takes the opportunity to ask them a ton of space questions and that’s the best gift he’s ever gotten, since he can’t go to NASA, Tuck brought NASA to him

Interesting And Random Body Language Facts
Crossing one’s finger is a way of making the Sign of the Cross. It began as a way to ask God for protection without attracting the attention of pagans.[2]
Body language is the means by which humans (and some other animals) convey information through conscious or subconscious body movements or facial expressions. Body language is officially known as kinesics (kin-EE-siks).[8]
Body language seems to have three major uses: 1) as a conscious replacement for speech, 2) to reinforce speech, and 3) as a mirror or betrayer of mood.[3]
The first modern book on body language appeared more than 350 years ago. John Bulwer’s Chirologia: Or the Natural Language of the Hand (1644) was a pioneering work on hand movements.[6]
A woman has a wider-ranging peripheral vision, which allows her to check out a man’s body from head to toe without getting caught. A male’s peripheral vision is poorer, which is why a man will move his gaze up and down a woman’s body in a very obvious way. Men do not “ogle” more than women—their tunnel vision means they just get caught more easily.[7]

For the folks that don’t know Sansa Stark like i do. Our little bird is not the frightened naive little girl anymore. Being Alayne Stone has made her strong and wise.
Alayne is an alter ego that allows Sansa to reveal a side of herself that she had previously repressed due to her upbringing as a noble lady. As Alayne, she can be “bastard brave”, bold, flirtatious, feisty and sharp tongued. These are all things that were already a part of Sansa’s personality, she just wasn’t truly able to show them. The problem is that, as Alayne, she is trying to repress “Sansa” and this is creating a conflict of identity as Sansa struggles to define herself as a young girl becoming an adult. She’ll truly be a woman grown and confident in herself when she learns the value of both sides of herself and brings them into balance.
100% agree. If you read her POV from that point on including TWOW sample, her tone of voice and manner of speaking has become more mature compared to earlier books. The bastard identity, although at first thrust upon her by LF to groom her as his fantasy pawn, has actually been a huge asset to her. There’s something very satisfying in a literary sense about a villain creating the means of their own downfall. It has given her freedom of movement to engage people in a way that Sansa with her propriety and polite wall of courtesy could not. Her already existing compassion is expanding because now she can even relate to the problems of people that she previously outranked.
I also attribute this growth to her female friendships with Myranda and Mya. Female friendships have always been important to Sansa and honestly, something I feel GRRM was kinda weak in describing in earlier books (as compared to describing male-male and male-female friendships). Myranda is a role model of a smart, independent-minded young woman who is unappologetic about her desires. She’s the anti-septa and I love her for it. Mya is so much like a fusion of Jon and Arya. It obvious one of her purposes as a character is to teach Sansa to expand her love, acceptance, and compassion to accept her sister completely as she is and to embrace Jon as a brother no matter what society says.
Yes Sansa’s stint as a bastard girl “Alayne” is hugely important to her character development, her journey of self discovery. It’s allowing her to open up her perspective of who she can be as a woman and, as you point out, allowing her to relate to people she previously would never have interacted with. I also think Mya Stone is definitely there to remind her of Arya and Jon and, in regards to her relationship with Arya, to show her the value of a different expression of womanhood so that when she meets Arya again she can accept her for who she is.
Yup. Mya’s non-conformity doesn’t stop her either from being fancied by Lothor Brune. He just likes her for herself and it doesn’t matter a whit to him she is a bastard or not a virgin. Before that, Sansa was having thoughts that Mya would be so pretty if she dressed more feminine, but Myranda corrects her thinking that her attractiveness is dependent on conformity to an ideal standard.
“Do you think Ser Lothor likes her as she is, in mail and leather?” she asked the older girl, who seemed so worldly-wise. “Or does he dream of her draped in silks and velvets?”
“He’s a man. He dreams of her naked.“
It’s not even about the mail and leather either. He just likes Mya. Full stop. Sansa has spent a good deal of her life basing her own value to a husband on her own ability to conform. Though she was more successful at it than Arya, it didn’t make that less confining and counter to her wish that someone would just love her for herself. Although, I think Sandor is a bit of a traditionalist in liking Sansa’s femininty, he primarily likes her for her compassionate and kind nature. After all, there’s tons of pretty faces in King’s Landing, but not many kind people. This is a lesson that people just like what they like. Real love and attraction doesn’t come through forcing yourself into a mold. Part of the reason I think her attraction to Sandor has been largely subconscious is because she hasn’t been able to justify it to herself why she likes him. He doesn’t fit her mold of what she thinks she should like. Part of her maturity, I think, will be about just being fully conscious of her preferences without needing a good reason to have them and not giving a whit what anyone else thinks about it.
I completely agree with you! Sansa’s whole journey has been about Appearances vs Reality and coming to understand that one usually has nothing to do with the other! Her relationship with Sandor, her acknowledgement of her attraction to him regardless of what she is “supposed” to like, will be a final step in her becoming a woman. For now, she’s still in school and she’s coming across more and more people who are teaching her this lesson. Handsome young Harry is a philanderer and misogynist, while the older and not so attractive Lother Brune looks out for her and only has eyes for Mya, a woman who crops her hair short and dresses like a man. Sansa has always been building herself around an image of an ideal woman but she’s learning now that there’s really no such thing, any more than there is a such a thing as an “ideal man”. People like different things! Her experiences in the Vale are teaching her this. However It’s only when she accepts herself for all that she really is, no hiding and lying, that she will be able to acknowledge her desire for that man who wants her only for herself, regardless of his station or appearance.
That last line there! So much yesssss! Marry me, okay? It’s not just about appearances vs reality with others, it’s also about herself. Who is Sansa Stark without the proper lady identity? Courtesy may have helped mitigate some of the abuse she has suffered and it gives her a mask of cool, aloofness that she can hide behind, but it’s a double-edged sword. Authenticity creates real relationships that make life worth living. It’s not just about her survival alone. The amazing part of her story is Sansa discovering her real self beyond the image she projects to the world and what’s awesome is that Sandor saw beyond her appearnace even in GoT when she’s in full proper lady-mode. He saw the kind, gentle person as her father described her almost from the jump.
And she saw him! From the moment he broke down and told her his story, from that point on no matter how scary or threatening he tried to be, she still saw him! Saw the man he could be if anger hadn’t taken over him! Sandor was the first person to show her that there can be more to someone that what meets the eye. But Sansa’s biggest task is to face herself and figure who she really is under the surface of “perfection” she has strived to create. I truly believe that! I’ve even questioned her love for this reason lemoncakes tbh… I’m sure they’re tasty and she likes them, but is her love for them above all other sweets really down to her actually liking how they taste or did she start declaring them her favourites because they seemed like the sort of exotic and elegant treat a princess from a song would favour? I mean, that’s just the sort of thing fanciful little girls do! Basically I want her to like lemoncakes because they taste better than anything else to her, not because she thinks she should like them! And that’s kinda my metaphor for everything in Sansa’s life lol. Like it because you like it Sansa! Not because you think you should!
Yup, she equally saw him in his moment of vulnerability. I think he also sees the steel in her. Remember, their first contact is when she has her direwolf on a tether. A pretty, little girl with a MF’ing direwolf on a leash. Everyone else is freaking out, but he just says “the Starks use direwolves for wetnurses.” That’s not mocking. That’s like the most metal thing he’s ever seen! She’s a dog lover and it’s a freakin’ direwolf that could rip a man’s arm off too!
On the lemon cakes, there’s a symbolism with lemons being both bitter and sour in taste but covered up by the sweetness of the confection. That’s a pretty good summary of Sansa’s early development in the story. She has a constant need to cover up unpleasant truth with a sugar coat. Sourness in itself is neither bad nor good, it simply represents reality. Look at Sandor’s preference for sour red wine over something sweeter like Arbor Gold. Whenever you see Arbor Gold in a scene, it usually when someone prefers sweet lies and delusions over reality and lemon cakes are right up that alley. Apparently, a lot of a very intellgent, grown men like fantasy over reality – I’m looking at you Tyrion and Littlefinger. Even when Sansa is presented with a giant lemon cake in TWOW sample, we’re not told she eats it or desires to eat it. It’s honestly a giant phallic symbol that LF is desperately trying to make more palatable to her by constructing it out of her favorite childhood treat. Ick.
What’s funny to what you were saying is that Sweetrobin has declared his love for lemon cakes, which Sansa says is precisely because she liked them. I see much of Sansa’s younger self in Sweetrobin that she is trying to confront and correct.
Damn, the last chapter.
