Episode 8 Sarius !

No one is ready for the conversation that Mellorism is about a formerly suicidal kid trying to reintegrate into society, but the only way she can do so after years of isolation and mistreatment is to express herself in a video game.

Her emotions are all over the place. She can't bring up anything in conversation without worrying if it's the right thing to say or not. If she mentioned something about her childhood, would everyone else judge her harshly for it? If she mentioned what her life is like, isolated and alone, would everyone laugh and pick on her?

She wants to connect, but the last thing she wants from others are pity and scorn.

So in the end, she bottles it all up until the bottle itself explodes.

She hates that she can't even express herself in a fictional world, and hates herself even more, leading to more isolation. She doesn't understand how to rely on other people, even with those who want to support her.

And that's why, in her eyes, Mellow is the standard. Mellow is the role model.

She wants to become her.

Update on Mellorism (Toram Online fanime)! Episode 8 is still being worked on.

Sorry for the lack of updates... I know I said I'd upload this on February 2025, but I was really ill for a whole year. I don't want to get too into detail, but the pain was a lot to handle, and I couldn't concentrate even on my passion projects as I also needed to work double time to pay for medical bills, despite my condition. I can't work on crunch mode any more like I used to, either.

I still need my hospital visits, but I'm now used to the routine. My health has been getting better recently as well, so expect more stuff coming around. 🩹

Episode 8 is around 10 minutes long. While not as stormy as 7 and 7.5 were, it needs a lot of animation, so please be patient with me! I want it uploaded by December. I hope people still care about this silly project of mine... Thanks for patiently waiting, everyone! 🌸

I'm so happy to have made this Toram Online fan series. I've met so many people who have connected to it, and loved the story so much they were inspired to create fan art and watch the series over and over!

Mellorism Announcement for 2025!

Merry Christmas, everybody!

I know I said I'd upload Mellorism episode 8 this year, but I got busier with my work than expected. Ep8 will likely be uploaded on February 2025 unless I get swamped with more stuff to do again.

HOWEVER! I've got a lot planned for the rest of season 1. There will be 3 more eps for it - namely episodes 8, 9 & 10, and two extra OVAs, 9.5 and 10.5.

If the OVAs are uploaded out of order, I apologize. The point-five eps tend to get lengthy.

After S1, what should I do next, you ask? Season 2 of course! There's no number for S2 episodes yet, but I have a concrete plan for the beginning and ending. It's been written since the very start of this project.

Aside from the downer initial update: I hope 2025 will be another productive year for Mellorism. This tiny weekly fanime show has turned into something greater, and it's all because of you, the viewers who put their love into this show as much as I do!

I'm looking forward to putting more of this story out there. Thank you for reading & supporting this fan project of mine, and have a stellar holiday time!
