X-Files Season 6 behind the scenes
they make the best aliens because little girls are fucking bizarre, nobody else can match that energy
In an interview he said that the boys always ended up breaking their costumes bc they would fight each other, but the girls Got. Into. Character. and were amazing creepy little aliens.
ive been so lucky in so many ways and im also deeply doomed
Watching any movie before 2000 reminds you that people in movies used to be hot but like in a normal way
they say you can't pour from an empty cup but i've been doing it my whole life and aside from all of these mysterious ailments it's working out great for me
my 5 year plan is to get back my joy

Oh to be eleven years old and finding a life-changing obscure paperback in the library
I'm in a fandom and a lot of people there want the artist we stan to talk about Palestine and they're making so many performative videos breaking posters and burning photos of the artists for not being vocal about this issue but my thoughts are always "why are you so desperate for approval from celebrities? Why do you need them to believe the same things as you? Is their support for the cause going to achieve any positive change than, let's say, support from actual politicians and activists? Why are you holding them to a higher standard than you are for yourself or others around you? Do you tell your friends and family to also be vocal? Do you cut ties with them if they don't? Do you participate in boycotts and reach out to your local politicians? Do you pressure them to do something?" The answer to most of it is no. It's purely a performance, they act so upset when they themselves don't do anything other than complain online.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, these people have blood on their hands. Real blood.
And I don’t mean only the Jewish lives taken by maniacs screaming “Free Palestine”. I mean Palestinian lives. Lives that were lost to a pointless war that Hamas is dragging on in part because they believe they have international support.
And that’s not even taking into account how often they seem disappointed or even ANGRY when a ceasefire is brought up.
A huge percentage of western leftists really are okay with Palestinians dying as long as they can continue to rail against Israel which they have made a totem for all their sins.
Did a school visit today and asked a group of 8th graders if they could define the term "contemporary art" for me [for context, I work at a contemporary art museum], and one of them said "Is it art that's made with contempt?"
And unfortunately that's the funniest thing a student has ever said to me in 10 years of teaching
