A girl can dream
This is basically how this conversation went, isn’t it
Me, when I finally find the determination to write:
And 30 minutes later, when I no longer know what I originally wanted to write and everything has spiraled out of control:
FIC: AND GUESS WHAT? THEY WERE T’HY’LA
ME EVERY TIME:
WHY DO I ALWAYS FEEL LIKE WRITING WHEN I CAN’T, AND AS SOON AS I’M FREE MY IMAGINATION GOES ON STRIKE???
This is literally how that one dinner scene from Naka Choko went.
Hope it hasn't been done before.
Writer culture is the joy of creating a new character for the first time.
Writer culture is exploring all the facets of yourself through that character, no matter whether they're good or bad.
Writer culture is investing your time, your effort, your emotions into that character; creating a backstory for them, creating a family for them, creating a life for them.
Writer culture is knowing that character so intimately that they become one of your oldest friends.
Writer culture is remembering everything about them even though you've never written them a single story.
Writer culture is feeling guilty for never writing about them.
Writer culture is coming back to them when you're alone.
Writer culture is watching them grow over the years. Changing their story. Rewriting it again, and again, and again. Maybe they change. Maybe they don't. Maybe they're still wearing that scarf. Maybe they've grown up. Maybe they're completely different. Maybe you realize they've moved on from the story you were writing and into a new one. Maybe you try to write that story.
Writer culture is looking at them and seeing a reflection of yourself three years ago.
Writer culture is telling them 'I still know you.'
Writer culture is telling them 'you did good.'
Writer culture is telling them 'you are good.'
Writer culture is them. All of them. All the people you've ever created, and the ones you didn't. All of those windows into the past. Because one day you'll look back and remember.

When I try to write a story that isn't fanfiction:
Let's talk about that blank Word page that mocks us while we stare at it, hoping to find inspiration...
Three hours later: write five sentences then deleted them because they were rubbish.
Fourth hour: give up and write a fanfiction that I won't own up to later.
AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS A HUGE CRUSH ON MORPHEUS'S FATHER?
I FEEL ALONE AND JUDGED BUT... I LOVE HIM, OKAY?
SO IF OTHER PEOPLE HAVE FALLEN AT LOVE BECAUSE OF HIS DADDY CHARISMA, SAY SO !
A list of my favorite Inhun fanfictions (I might add more later) :
https://archiveofourown.org/works/62001034 (WIP)
Without a doubt my favorite Inhun fic: it's a time-travel story in which Gi-Hun dies at the end of Season 2 and wakes up at the beginning of his second game, only to encounter Young-il again, knowing full well who he really is.
And he's determined to change things.
https://archiveofourown.org/works/68208191 (finished)
Sweet and sweet. Before Gi-Hun goes back to the games, he receives a rose from the frontman.
I love how they're obsessed with each other but in such a sweet way... ah, and Jun-ho doesn't get paid enough for this shit.
https://archiveofourown.org/works/64230988 (finished)
Dark and disturbing: In-ho is convinced that Gi-Hun is the reincarnation of his wife. He kidnaps him after his rebellion and tries to convince him of their past lives.
All he wants is to “fix” Gi-Hun. In reality, he breaks him.
https://archiveofourown.org/works/64821910 (WIP)
An amnesiac Gi-Hun trying to regain his memory. Luckily, his overprotective husband, In-ho, is there to help him... but is he really?
I haven't finished this fic yet, but I loved the oppressive atmosphere. There are so many signs that In-ho isn't who he claims to be, but poor Gi-Hun has no one else he can trust.
https://archiveofourown.org/works/62412370 (finished)
If Gi-Hun was recruited as a pink soldier and not a player. He still ends up wanting to end the games, Jun-ho is still a problem for his brother, and In-ho deserves an extra bottle of whiskey.
The writing is great and the ending is amazing !

If In-ho had stayed for hide-and-seek after the rebellion. Would story have been different?
This one made me feel really sad for In-ho :')
What I wanted to see in Fantastic Beasts 3 :
What I saw:
LIFE IS UNFAIR 😭
"What if, in addition to immortality, Tom Riddle desired something else: to create the perfect companion? A being of pure magic, shaped by him, for him [...]"
Today, the first chapter of my fic AD VITAM is available on Wattpad ! This is a fanfiction about Tom Riddle during his school years already entirely written in my native language, but I decided to translate it into English to share with you!
If you are curious, you can read it by clicking here. Or search AD VITAM | Tom Riddle on Wattpad. My writer name is Eidjina ;)
(But if you are adventurous, the French version is already available here )
Never forget that I love you 💖
