Speaking of Coco and Qifrey moments that I can't talk about without sobbing violently.

I'm very interested in how their interactions are going to be from now on now that Coco knows about the silverwood. I Can't even imagine how she feels knowing that she could lose another parental figure to forbidden magic. I don't think she's gonna let that happen, though.

Op I have to let you know that this artwork single-handedly made me go read the manga (I’m about halfway through as of now so don’t spoil anything!) and I’ve never read manga before or anything. Until yesterday I did not know what Witch Hat Atelier was. This is was done so beautifully I needed to find out where it was from.

I love all of the "Easthies has beef with a 12 year old" jokes as much as the next guy, but when you really put it into perspective it's honestly not surprising that he's so fucking scared of Coco because she is definitely not "just" a 12 year old, especially in his eyes. This girl managed to convince the literal wises to temporarily break the pact for a night after not even a year of being part of witch society. You can make fun of him for being insanely extremist with his ideals all you want but I don't think we should fault him for being scared shitless because of this kid because fuck man I would be too 😭

I know a lot of people are reasonably a little upset at the cliffhanger for this season due to it cutting off mid arc, but I for one LOVE this because it uses this one shot of animation to convey the message of "read the damn manga PLEASEEE" better than I ever could with words
