after so much time apart, ashton found himself feeling even more fearful than he was when he first left.  he wanted kit to feel free, even if his freedom meant flirting with other people who weren’t ashton.  hell, trying to do what was best for the both of them in one fell swoop had been hard enough, but as ashton stood in front of kit’s trailer door, he was struck with the overwhelming feeling that he still wasn’t good enough and kit deserved better.  despite the nagging feelings, he raised one hand to the door and knocked firmly, shoving his free hand in his pocket. // @primakitwillis

ashton didn’t know what to expect from his first day back, other than the occasional whispers--gossip was certainly very much alive still.  he had told himself he could handle it, but he was still terrified of all the misconceptions.  staring down at his notes, ashton began to write again, grumbling in frustration when his pen ran out of ink.  his long legs carried him out of his little cubicle and to the nearest open doorway, where he stuck his head in.  “hey, uh, this is kind of embarrassing, but do you have a pen i could borrow? “

was really always a loner when he was younger but the one place he felt like he could fit in was acting on stage or in front of a camera.....it brought him joy

he’s an only child so this gave him even more of an excuse to be by himself

more of something to catch u up to speed now bc tbh i don’t remember much about his past and i’m as bad at improvising as i am remembering ekljsdhlfk

nine months ago, he basically paid the bigwigs to be out of his contract as andrew and checked himself into rehab bc he was getting emotionally overwhelmed and stressed out and there was def a lot of disconnect and he needed some time just to figure out who he was again

now he’s back and he’s trying to be a better version of himself tbh???? but he’s lowkey afraid of the spotlight and the pressure so he paid zenith yet again but also came up with this power point on why he’d be better as a script supervisor

bc at this point he knows the cast, he knows their capabilities, so why not work around them? it’s generally just a better fit and he’s nervous but much more at ease bc now he can do whatever he wants within reason and not worry about what people will say

is really passionate about life:by leah and considers everyone there his second family

also the media knows he went to rehab but they don’t know what for so they’re already assuming and plS gimme that plotline of someone calming him down and talking him out of leaving again i’m emo
