The alter who usually uses this account isn't fronting much, but we're being able to go outside little by little. The body hurts, but slowly I think we will manage. We also are having less episodes.

We do still have this feeling that everything must be one way or it'll be "tainted", although we are finding out it has to do more with a fear of making the wrong decision because...... (As I was writing it, it vanished...)

Anyway, we're improving on some stuff :3

Well there's not being much advancement yesterday nor today... My legs have been hurting so so much, especially the left one. Hopefully tomorrow I can go outside again... Just a little bit. It's annoying how so little exercise hurts so bad for days after.

I also have a few posts saved in drafts, but I feel that thing of something not fitting... And it makes me hyperventilate and feel dizzy. It's annoying.

Yesterday I was able to go outside for a bit, and finished cleaning the bed. Today was resting day because my legs hurt. Tomorrow I try going outside again.

I used to find cars and people scary. I guess I still find cars kinda scary but people don't scare me so much anymore, as long as I don't have to interact lol.

About today's goals, I actually could go outside! For a little bit, but it was enough. I also did a bit of exercise and then I could clean myself. The bed is the only thing that is still messy. I did take some things off but it's not very tidy, so 2/3, I call it successful enough. (lucky that it's a big bed so where I sleep it is tidy).

For now I'm just really sleepy, so good night. Everyone have a good day/night!

I'm going to try setting daily goals and see if this helps me improve myself, so for today's goals:

- Clean up my messy bed

- Go outside for a really tiny bit

- Wash myself to be clean and shiny

Later at night I post if I was able to do them or not, I hope posting it gives me the perfect pressure level to actually do them all

I thought I'd post this as a recovery post but then I started to panic again so no it's a vent post. But it's a post. It's something.

I hate knowing I'm doubting something simple (sideblog or separate blog) because that way I can't use the account at all.

I want to accept myself, but accepting myself is obviously something a part of me doesn't want to do because it hurts a lot to accept my situation. So I sabotage myself all the time.
