Your ability to unlock your highest version of creative energy in your everyday life (without force) in this timeline—that aliveness— helps you to “manifest” in life. Your body becomes more sensitive, responsive and alive and you live naturally more fully expressed in every area of life. That’s because creativity is an energy that’s embodied, already present, and uncovered through relaxation of internal blocking rather than with force or overthinking.
Because everything you want in life and everything you fully are is already here. You just have to learn to move through the internal blockages and engage other developmental work (like learning to elevate your quality of breathing) to express more of yourself —who you already are and who you were divinely designed to be. Essentially, what you want and what you are is not something you have to manufacture from scratch, but something you gradually uncover and allow to naturally express through developing your body, presence, and quality of relationships, including your relationship with yourself.
But watch out for infiltration of the western mind. The western world teaches “creative stagnation” through massive programming and conditioning which blocks us from regenerating and truly connecting with ourselves, nature, and other people, especially our intimate lovers. Much of the modern environment trains women into patterns of chronic self-monitoring, overgiving, overstimulation, and disconnection from the body. This reduces spontaneity and makes creativity feel like something you have to “reach for” instead of something that moves through your body and opens you really wide in the brightest most radiant anf regenerative ways. —India Ame’ye
