Yesterday I went to Molten Core with 4 guild mates. It went much better than expected, and it only took a little less than 2 hours and 1 wipe to get the core hound mount :D

I tried once before, and it was very painful. So I wasn't really planning to go back and try again, but I'm very glad I did :)

Thank you guys for inviting me along! and thank you to my boyfriend who let me use his computer so I didn't have to deal with 2-4 fps on my poor laptop.

Yesterday I got 2 new mounts, both very high on the wishlist! :D

The top on is the mount that drops from Slabhide in Stonecore, and it's probably the mount I have had most trouble getting ever. I took over 200 kills to get him, but the feeling of finaly getting it is something I will never forget. It's my first of the stonedrakes, the one that's easiest to get, and I think it's my favorite dragon mount!

The other one is the mount that drops from Pathrunner in Shadowmoon valley, and it took about 10 hours of camping and running from spawning location to spawning location. My boyfriend also got it the same day, but not from the same mob.

This is amazing! I figured I would go to mount hyjal when taking a break from studying for my exams, and oh my that was a good idea.

First when I got there I discovered that I hadn't done the quest line to be in the same phase as the pet I wanted, Ankha. So I did the quests, and the first thing that happened after I handed in the last one was that my npc_scan screemed at my face, it was Ban'thalos. I freaked out and tamed it as fast as I could (died once). It wasn't the one I wanted by I was very happy indeed. I figured I still had some time before I had to continue studying, so I flew over to where the 2 cats, Ankha and Magria, spawn. I flew up and down a couple of times and went on to wowhead to be sure I was camping in the right spot. 1 sec after I tab back to WoW my npc_scan goes off again, and this time, it's the cat I want! Ankha spawned right infront of my eyes, and I was in such a hurry that I didn't realize I didn't have bag space for all my gear, so with my helm and shoulders still on, I managed to tame it!

I'm so happy right now! :D

I also just realized that reading for exams is the best time for me to get what I want in the game xD last time I got the mount from huolon and the time-lost proto drake.
