Wedge was pressured to join the Rebel Alliance (good guys) but kept saying no because he didn’t want to be a soldier. He left home on a job and came back to find his girlfriend had been killed by the Imperials (dark side). So apparently the story behind this (according to Rob’s panel today) is that someone had told Rob that Misha was following everyone from the show on twitter and so Rob got really excited and checked twitter for everyone that Misha was following. He scrolled up and down over and over and realized that he wasn’t being followed. And, like the whiny person Rob is (his words not mine), he texted Misha about this predicament. Saying “hey. I see you’re following everyone on twitter but you didn’t follow me. WTF?” and a little bit later Misha responded saying “problem fixed” so Rob checked twitter and Misha had unfollowed everyone else and only followed Rob.

I had no plans on ever being in the public eye or being an actor or any kind of celebrity. I was just, you know, having fun, making videos as a little kid and putting them on the internet. And one thing led to another, and I kinda just hopped into the acting business.

I think it was the best way for it to happen to me because I was filled with so much doubt as a kid. I never deemed this career truly possible in my mind, so being thrown into it really helped because it gave me a lot of confidence that this is something I am meant to do for the rest of my life.

I just happened to step into acting. And now I can’t imagine myself doing anything else.

These two were supposedly based on a real couple, who said they wouldn’t board a life boat as long as there were younger people still aboard the ship. They both went below deck, presumably to their room, and that’s the last time they were seen.

The couple had been married for 41 years at the time of the disaster. They raised six children together, and were almost inseparable. On the rare occasion that they were apart, they wrote each other every day. They even celebrated their birthdays on the same day, although they were well apart from one another. During the sinking, Titanic’s officers pleaded with the 63 year old Ida to board a lifeboat and escape the disaster, but she repeatedly refused to leave her husband. Instead, she placed her maid in a lifeboat, taking her fur coat off and handing it to the maid while saying, “I won’t need this anymore”. At one point, she was convinced to enter one of the last two lifeboats, but jumped out as her husband walked away to rejoin him.

When last seen by witnesses, they were standing on deck, holding each other in a tight embrace. Their funeral drew some 6,000 mourners at Carnegie Hall.

A monument to them still stands in a Bronx cemetery, it’s inscription reads: “Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it.”
