( As promised, come the end of her shift, the blonde made a trip to the raven haired housekeeper's villa. With her husband not due home for a few hours, dinner already prepared, Sheridan ready for her nap, she could afford some girl time with Annika. After knocking thrice and hoisting Sheridan up higher in her arms, she waited patiently. )  

"Hey, it's me."

PM: Mhm, I'll come by with Sheri after work. Also thanks for the help the other day... you know what I mean.

I’ve … I’ve honestly tried both and melatonin as well.  I’m sure it’ll go away by itself.  But thank you, Dr. Stroud.

Have you tried anything else? If you're sure, but trouble sleeping is often due to an underlying issue. If it doesn't abate I suggest making an appointment with a doctor. They may prescribe a very mild sedative or refer you to one of the on site counsellors. And you're welcome.

Oh, no, Dr. Stroud, not really.  I just haven’t been sleeping much since I got here, honestly.

A new environment can have that effect, certainly. Perhaps try consuming either chamomile or green tea just before trying to sleep, they've been known to promote a drowsiness, easing one to sleep.
