I'm here in Manzanillo, Costa Rica for a month taking an herbal class with Molly at Centro Ashe. The program has 5 people, 4 of whom are staying on site in Molly's rustic cabina. All of us are staying together in one room that has a small kitchen. So far, the best part for me is opening the windows to let in the green scenery and fresh air. I also love waking up to the sounds of chirping birds, the rooster's morning call, and howling monkeys. This is an everyday thing. I also love the classroom outside, which I'll provide pictures for later. In the town, the people are amazingly friend. Thus far, reaffirming that I can just be myself with the highest return. I also like waking up and practicing my Spanish. For the last couple of days, I've been staying with my protective mother in the cabina. This morning she left, and her presence was replaced with three new women. Misty, Gloria and Battida ( I think that's her name). We've gotten to know each other a bit of course, because we have so much to talk about. It's amazing to be surrounded by like minded spirits. We have had amazing conversation so far, and it's beautiful to see the wisdoms unfold, as we'll as to see Allah's plans in action. Also, I'd like to make a special thanks to Alga y Lupa para la cena delicioso! (For The delicious dinner). Frijoles y arroz y ensalada con tomate y aquacate y vegetales. Stay tuned para mas!
