Tipos de servicio

Para servir los platillos a la mesa hay diferentes tipos o técnicas. Existen el servicio tipo francés y tipo ruso, los cuales no son usados muy comúnmente; nuestro equipo utiliza el servicio americano, que es el que se utiliza de forma más general.

El servicio americano se basa en colocar un único tipo de platillo para todos los comensales de una mesa, llevándolos ya servido y preparado. Esto se debe principalmente a que en la mayoría de los banquetes se prepara una sola comida para todos los invitados. De igual forma, este tipo de servicios es el más efectivo, que ahorra tiempo y permite entregar las viadas de forma más rápida a todas las personas.

There are different types or techniques for serving dishes at the table. There is the French and Russian type of service, which are not very commonly used; our team uses the American type of service, which is the most commonly used.

The American service is based on placing a single type of dish for all the guests at a table, bringing them already served and prepared. This is mainly due to the fact that in most banquets only one meal is prepared for all the guests. Likewise, this type of service is the most effective, which saves time and allows to deliver the meals more quickly to everyone.
