Pineapple Rub/Glaze This is what I use on my tenderloin just this past Sunday. It could be more of a paste depending on the amount of brown sugar used which I use 1/2 cup because I paste it, cover and let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours before cooking. Shit be delish. 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 teaspoons kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (regular can be substituted) 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 can crushed pineapple  (not drained) 2 tablespoons ground or Dijon mustard Just mix everything together
