majority of the time i’ll be in 2nd person ( you )
sometimes i will use 3rd person ( she / he )
i prefer using past tense ( it already happened )
rarely will i use present tense ( currently happening )
i only use capitals in my stories, not in my notes or other posts
quotes will almost never be included in word paragraphs
i HATE having to constantly use ‘she said’ ‘she yelled’ ‘he growled’ so i usually don’t, i usually instead just make it clear who’s talking and they’ll just go back and fourth
this does sometimes make large group scenes difficult but in those circumstances i will use ‘said the tall blonde’ or something of the sort, only say it again when switching who’s talking ( not including you )
i also don’t like having only long paragraph after long paragraph, i like to often have short bits - usually between a lot of talking - where there are few sentences between
