I am tearing up a little, it’s been such a long ride and I didn’t finish it, like twice, just so I could keep improving on it and it’s not like I won’t change anything anymore afterwards but-

It’s gonna be small stuff, just little fun things.

Since I didn’t really get to have a proper Christmas Dinner this year, I figured I could make one happen for my cast of idiots that live on Peersville (and in my head rentfree)!

And although it’s like... 2 weeks late(?) and I used zero Christmas items, I still feel it’s pretty festive-

Okay, been trading a bit with people... and this is inspired by this and so many posts I’ve seen while looking around for people I could help. I know this is not true for everyone, BUT for those disliking their island for any reason:

Your island is perfectly good the way it is. No, I don’t care if it’s not perfectly set up, or you’re still building or you’ve been tearing yours apart or you just think you’re not good at terraforming. It’s okay. Maybe it’s gonna be a WIP forever. Mine definitely is. That’s fine too. Personally I adore seeing WIPs. I don’t care if you got all those cool outdoor/indoor areas or you just smushed all of your furniture in one place. I don’t care if you haven’t terraformed at all. Or if you think you can’t decorate. Stop comparing yourself to others. That ones good advice for the real world too btw. All of that doesn’t matter. What matters is that you’re doing with YOUR island what YOU want to do. And be proud of it. YOU built it. It’s YOURS.

Ahem- Anyway, what I meant to express with this: my heart has grown too goddamn big with love for all these islands I’ve been allowed to see and you all are amazing. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Least of all yourself.

At long last!! FINALLY!!!

You have no clue how fast I ran to resident service for this

I felt like looking back on the earlier state of my island, so I dug through my old pics- and then I figured: Might as well compare them to how things are now!!!

I wanted all the flowers somewhere... but boy do they take up space! So now Ribbot lives there- and I made a new spot for the flowers, cause I am stubborn.

The church was impressive but kinda looked more like a castle and it started to bother me; so I changed it up!

I realized that I’d need a lot of shovels at some point while moving these- the new path is super fun though.

This was my first incline! I wanted to keep it for such a long time, before I eventually gave up. Other ideas were more pressing after all... so there’s a bit of decorative terraforming in it’s place now!
