All of this started because of a joke I made. Something simple, just a bit of humor about my own work, but it ended up being interpreted in ways I never imagined. I’ve received a lot of messages some kind and I truly appreciate them, but also others that were harsh, and honestly, they hurt me. I’ve tried to respond carefully, but it’s painful to see my words constantly distorted, as if every answer I give is taken out of context and turned into something I never said. Because of this, I’m going to take a break from asks for a while, especially on this topic. If aggressive messages keep coming, I’ll have to disable anonymous asks, because I realize this space needs to be healthier for both me and all of you. I know how much you care about Pierrot and I care about him too, deeply. I just hope we can remember that behind the character, there’s also a person trying to share something they love. Aggression should never come from a joke.

I wondered what these characters would sound like and couldn't help but to try my hand (voice?) at voicing some of the scenes in the game for kicks and giggles-- for warning, it does use fem terms, but I'd happily make versions with masc/neutral terms if someone genuinely wanted!
It mostly spawned from me and my girlfriend joking that maybe Pierrot's voice sounds a little uncanny or 'off' and is part of why he can't talk (even when there's plenty of context against that headcanon) but it was nonetheless fun to try! :D
