In the Afterglow story, at Chris's house, he says he talked to *Chris* and the label. Shouldn't that be someone else?

I actually meant Chris as in Chris Woltman, TØP's manager. Too many Chrises, right? :D I didn't think either of them would use the guy's full name as they both knew who Chris S meant.

But valid point well spotted, I guess the guys will refer to him by his last name, for clarity!

Summer begins, they're deep into their festival run, when Tyler notices that they're playing the same festivals as this other band, Mercury Afterglow, and there's something magnetic about their drummer.

Concept for a Joshler fic that I may or may not write: Josh never went to that one Newport show, never met Tyler at that perfect, serendipitous time, never got to join Twenty One Pilots. Instead, he joined another band that made it fairly big too--maybe having such a talented, show-hungry drummer helped, who knows.

Every summer, as festival season begins, Josh's band finds themselves playing the same events, same stages even as Twenty One Pilots. He kinda knows Tyler, and maybe has a bit of a crush on him to match the sincere admiration for his band and his craft, but they're still more of a "middle of the day" act while TØP is beginning to close out nights and to even headline.

But maybe they catch each other's eye over several continents and counties, different events; it's a bunch of various, post-show adrenaline-fueled encounters until one of them finally--finally!-- makes a move.

IT'S FINISHED.

i wrote **EIGHT (my bad, math is hard) THOUSAND WORDS today. Yeah, the fic kinda got away from me at a certain point but-- it's done!

Wish me luck in the AO3 mines, guys. I wrote 13,000 words and now I have to think about tags? And summaries, and notes, or-God forbid-a title??
