Power In Self

I will be the border patrol of my own walls. I will maintain smart control of what crosses my borders and what happens within my borders. My body is my birth-right instrument and I have more power than I am currently aware of. I will play my instrument of my own choosing, my thoughts, my feelings, and my frequency. I choose good health, a happy life, kind-love for all humanity, and the realization in the power-of-self.

There once was a man who made one mistake

A long time ago, there lived an old man with great knowledge. Then one day this old man made a choice. A choice that would forever unfold, projecting itself outward, all from one single culminating point. And this choice made, was to 'not be responsible' with what knowledge he had. And so the continuance of life as we know it today, is the continual result, of the choice that was made.

We are continually looping within a resulted reality, until we finally take responsibility for the knowledge we have.

Hence, we find that as we endeavor to become more responsible for our lives and our existence, we find that greater knowledge will follow.

(With Great Responsibility, comes Great Knowledge.)

Meditation and Balance

Meditation can be applied at any moment during any activity.It is a frame of thought and feeling so to speak. When was the last time your didn’t allow (chatter) in your mind. When was the last time you stilled the waters. When was the last time you just lived in the moment (Without allowing [dialogue] to run in the background). I reason that a lot of imbalance can result from a non-stop chatter in the mind. Find a way to balance this....to quiet the mind. This will strengthen your ability to perceive in a more balanced way.

Balance is degraded when integrity is degraded.

Balance is strengthened when integrity is strengthened.
