I’m just struck by the emerging clarity of the contrast between Melissa Chase, World’s Coolest Nerd and Zack Underwood, World’s Nerdiest Cool Kid–

Melissa: can’t throw a ball, spent first day of summer vacation building a model solar system, can just order people to give her money and they will obey

one thing about dakavendish is that you will never be free from them

rewatched the crossover special for the first time in a while. to my detriment. what do you mean the moment cavendish discovers dakota's secret (which dakota has been terrified of him finding out) is when cavendish finally realizes how much dakota cares about him and starts to truly trust him and IMMEDIATELY puts himself in danger for him. only for dakota to freak out and for cavendish to realize he would break all the rules to do the same thing for dakota. i feel like i'm watching this episode for thefirst time all over again. they do make me insane

Let me remind you: People still think that Cavendish is a selfish prick and doesn't care about Dakota. Cavendish loves Dakota just as much as Dakota loves Cav, he just has more moments where he shuns Dakota and people attach to those.

But Cav ain't THAT selfish. He genuinely cares for Dakota and to him they are a team, no matter what
