Yes, the joke is funny for English speakers, but I find it plain dumb. How did it go in Japanese?

The joke was translated literally. And we know camel normally has one or two humps so we can understand Nick's intention (the third hump is a baby) but nobody laughed at his joke in the theater.(People laughed at Flash's slow motion)So, I thought there might be a context to make English speakers laugh.
