Leo knows money, her parents are made of it. They threw it at every problem that came their way, including their children. But for this guy to have so much of it, on his own, at his age? A small seed of concern and doubt plants itself in the back of Leo's mind... Far in the back. The rest of her mind is filled with butterflies, someone cares for her, like, truly cares. About her emotions, health... Is it too good to be true? Possibly, but she doesn't care... and it seems neither does he.
Someone with no where to run meets someone who has everything. Someone who has a family runs away into someone who does not. Leo thinks he's this knight in shining armor, stable, fixed. Little does she know, he may need her just as much as she needs him, if not more.
This man means well, but of course Leo is on edge. After everything she's been through tonight, everything she's left behind, she's scared. From the beginning of your life you're supposed to be able to trust your parents, rely on them, and that all backfired on her... Who's to say this man won't in turn do the same? But her gut is leading her to him, and her gut has never proven her wrong before, any way to get out of this town... and any way to stay with him...
With the final go ahead from baby brother Drew, Leo finally takes the leap of faith and escapes the household. She's finally safe, well, safe from her parents. She has no plan, no place to live, nothing. All she knows is that she's got to find something quick to get her brother safe too. As she waits for a bus to anywhere but here, she finds herself in the middle of a rain storm. "Is it an omen?" she thinks to herself. But then she takes it as a cleanse, a sign of good luck. But god is this sign wet... and cold. But all of a sudden the rain pattering on her head stops. A mysterious protector emerges.
there is something dark and foul that lives within all of us, the choice between embracing it or running from it is what makes us human—so-called "free will"
most will deny embracing it, but that darkness—that cruelty—isn't always so overt.
truthfully, it's not that hard to bear.
humans are cruel in a million little ways, a million little times, every single day. some just wield that cruelty differently.
i think i wield mine well, all things considered.
in any case, at least i have the sense to recognise that darkness without the frantic need to suppress it. i can control it.
Leo just wants to be her own person, and will do anything to achieve that. Does she like this bad girl aesthetic? Piercings and ripped clothing? Not really, but her mom doesn't and that's all that matters. She may hate her parents, and they her, but she loves her little brother Drew and never wants to subject him to that. She wants to protect him, but it's getting harder and harder to do that as the years tick on...

Anyways! This is NOT a legacy but a pick and choose storyboard.
What that means is that I'm taking a generation from a different challenge and making a one gen story.
This first one come from the "Star Sign "Legacy" - by @ginovasims
This story will be based on Generation: Taurus
Welcome to "In a Pinch" The story follows Eleanor Windsor-Kennedy Leo Wick as she fights her way to her dream of owning her own restaurant in the big city. Will she get that happy ending, sure. But of course she has to get through the traumatic upbringing, poverty, turmoil, and trauma I put her through! Wanna read?
Love's Legacy - A not-so-challenging legacy challenge
Are you more of a storyteller than a gameplayer?
Do you tell the story but ignore the objectives and just say you did because telling the story became the main focus?
Do you dislike when a challenge doesn’t leave room for personalization and creativity?
Well have I got the “challenge” for you!
Let’s get this out of the way, this is more of a legacy “template” than anything. Not many rules, few trait/aspiration requirements. The only rules you’ll see are to help set the narrative of each trope.
If you end up doing this challenge/template tag me @meteoric-whimsy here, meteor.trait on instagram, or just use the hashtag #loveslegacy!
The “Love’s Legacy” is a “challenge” based on some of the most popular romance novel tropes. So if you love telling romance stories, this is the one for you!
What’s a good love story without tension? Not all love stories are “love at first sight”. Some take time to blossom…some take forced time to forcefully blossom.
This one is fairly straight forward and up to you.
Get your sims in a predicament where they are forced to spend a lot of time together (whether that be working together, living together…imprisoned together)
Use your cupid ways and get them to fall in love
***Suggestion: fuel that heat: give them opposite traits to increase tension (i.e hot-headed x cheerful, etc.)
The sweetest and most common one in all of sims-storytelling…unless you don’t want it to be.
While in high school, find your soulmate and begin to date them.
Here you can decide if you want a cute ending or a dramatic one:
HAPPY: You marry that sim soon after high school and you live your fairytale ending together raising your family, maybe preparing for a new legacy challenge
DRAMATIC: Have them split up after high school but they find their ways back to each other later on and marry each other later
Remember, this is a template and you can change things to fit your story! I' love to see your take on it, what you'd change, and how you'd choose to do it!
