I don’t like it when people ask me if I’m okay.

Because I’m not but I say yes. If I say no then I have to explain myself and listen to a whole lecture about why I should be okay. And that honestly pushes me deeper and further away from being “okay”.

I want to be invited

I want someone to think of me. I want someone to text me and ask me what I’m doing and if I’m free to hangout. I want to be myself around someone who I can share my big heart with. I would do a lot for the right people + probably more than I should but I don’t expect anything in return. Just friendship. Just effort. Just interest and affection. Just to be wanted and remembered.
