Small question from observation!! I've noticed that in several cases there's characters with the 9th karma symbol on them related to MIP (mostly noticed it on NCTG and then Seam Ripper mode SLS, hell the logo of MIP in general sorta resembles it from what I can tell). My assumption is its related to MIP units having echoes in them, but I'm still curious if there's any deeper reasons for it?

Max Karma 9 has a lot of thematic relevance for my ocstuff !

9 is just before 10, right? It's right under enlightenment / ascension. Normally, it's just a stepping stone, but... it it's the max, you can't make that next step without external influence. It's like being stuck at 99% on a loading bar; you know something's there; you know it's incomplete; but you can't reach what's next. I think being an Echo is sort of like that, coming so close to leaving the physical world behind yet still lingering.

This perpetual "incompleteness" and inability to move forward is also important to characters like NCTG, which is why it's plastered all over them and why it's the MIP Logo. They're always striving for something More, but they never Reach it. Though, for the MIP Units, this "incompleteness" is probably more... comforting? They're Echoes, after all; they're not ready to move on from this world. I think the trauma allegory is pretty strong with Echoes (or it can be), and it's something I'd like to showcase with my own work.
