Player Module Update is Live!

It includes the following changes:

Treasure and gem counts will no longer be abbreviated.

The module will once again display your current familiar count and achievement points.

Messages, Friend Requests, and Alerts will have restored counters.

To handle larger numbers, these counts will display “+” when more than 999 notifications are counted.

The Well Fed Meter has been redesigned. It will also use the blue color scheme from the old Player Module design.

Improved support for keyboard navigation and screen reader software

Updated the Clan Energy tooltip so it no longer lists an inaccurate "+15% Battle Experience" bonus.

On this anniversary let us all remember that for all we bitch and moan, the staff continuing to give us updates, hear feedback, fight against the eshittification of the internet, and actively work on fixing problems, for 13 years straight, all for free, in this day and age, is a goddamn miracle.

I have so many headcanons about Flight Rising that I wanna doodle out. Not just headcanons about the physicalities of dragons, but stuff like medicine. It's all too easy in fantasy settings to hand-wave that kinda stuff as "heal it magically" but I like the rep of having mobility aids and medications for dragons

Imagine being a Veilspun pharmacist and you get a prescription request from a Helios-Class sized Imperial and spend the rest of the day with your swarm of fellow pharmacy workers moving pills into a huge jar for pickup

This month, all of dragonkind come together to participate in the Wavecrest Saturnalia! This festival celebrates the Water Flight.

aaking everyone in the world who is experiencing the fr changes to do 3 things

1) if there is a bug/what could be a bug you can check their thread to see if theyve acknowledged it or someone has posted it.

2) if there is a design element you don't like, you can talk about it in suggestions. they have said they are open to it.

3) remember that this is for accessibility and long term AND it is a big change. give it a few days or weeks to see whats just sifferent and what's not working.

and no there is no going back to old site ui. they have said that multiple times.

oh geez the coding is broken worse than I thought...many of my bios are also messed up...I really hope things get ironed out because the new text aesthetic is really bugging me ^^'

Heads-up fellow BBCoding enthusiasts: the UI change has kind-of broken formatting like...a lot. My signature is also super messed up. Looking at the preview, this is either unintentional OR the preview is currently mismatched with some sort of new text rendering engine. It's probably best to give everything a few days to settle out as staff squashes unanticipated bugs before overhauling any of your current coding.
