just those little Reploid Decay Things(tm)

omega clearly shows a certain level of decay on his body. the quantity is verse dependent (mmz = some decay, obvious cracks and small missing pieces / mmzx = internal parts are pretty visible, part of outer armor is extremely cracked and about to break off, internal wiring problems).

because of the strength behind the blows that zero delivered him and essentially ‘killed’ him with, omega's limbs sometimes show some ‘lag’ in them; meaning that they don’t respond as quickly as they should because the inner wiring has snapped. the longer omega wanders around without getting repaired the worse this becomes.

sometimes, omega leaks ‘blood’, especially just after doing something physically challenging (most often this is from his mouth or the cracks in his body where the armor is thinner).

the fact that he resides in zero’s old body is obvious, because it’s both very tough yet very fragile from the many repairs it had in the past (even despite weil’s efforts to fix it the best he could).

the worst ‘wound’ he has is behind his left eye. although, the most you can see is a few cracks and some missing skin.
