"So, what are you here for? I'm a good listener. Marriage trouble or is this just you having a good drink? I promise you, I don't work with Gossip Girl."
"I don't throw water at anyone." He said and rubbed his face as he looked at her. "I need some water and food, and honestly, with Frankie being at work, I had to get out of the house for a bit."

"Honestly? Too damn long if you ask me. She was a lot better when Dan Humphrey was her, but that was because he actually wrote stuff that was true, and not just whatever he felt like writing." He looked at Robin and helped her with her groceries. "I honestly just ignore her and focus on the good in my life and focus on all the true things in my life."
"Yeah, you are very lucky, there are tons of NFL players, hell, not just NFL players, but football players or contact sports players that can get really horrible injuries worse than an ACL tear."
"Oh trust me, I know." He chuckled and looked at Emir. "That was honestly my biggest fear, was getting an injury worse than an ACL tear."
"Because they have nothing else to do and they are honestly the biggest losers ever." She looked at Jordan. "That's why they get so mad when their team loses, they put all their egs into one basket and fuck themselves over."
"Hmm, if only more people thought about sports like how you described it." Jordan chuckled. "Though I doubt they'll ever see it that way."
Dan laughed. "I know you aren't and you shouldn't be, no one should be." He said. "Besides that, how are you doing?"
"Besides that, I'm doing pretty good." Jordan said with a smile. "Things with Frankie are great, and I am living my life to the fullest. What's not to be happy about, you know?"
"Well those people are fucking stupid and pathetic. Don't let them get to you."
"I never do, they don't mean anything to me and I'm happy with my choice to retire. They just need to pull their heads out of their asses."

Jordan laughed. "I would love to do that, Aurora, but unfourtanetly, I do have a reputation and a brand to uphold."
"i still can't believe both of them are playing football." pope said with a laugh. "At a certain point, just retire, you know?"
"Some people just cannot let go of their glory days and it is honestly beyond sad." Jordan looked at Pope. "I do agree with you though, there is nothing wrong in retiring and making sure you have a good rest of your life."
Robin crouched to gather her groceries, brushing off a spilled carton of milk. "Oh, okay… fine, I believe you!" She glanced up at him, squinting a little. "I swear I saw your face on that weird Gossip Girl blog, Jordan right? You're a famous former NFL, whatever that is. Steve loves watching it." She laughed nervously. "Can you tell me what in the hell is a Gossip Girl? I really feel like I should be suing her for stalking me."
"That would be me, yeah." He nodded. "And Gossip Girl is...she's nothing more than someone with a laptop and too much free time." He laughed.

"I mean, I have the option to go back whenever I want, but I just don't want to. I feel like if I go back, I'll get a much worse injury, and that's not fair to Frankie or anyone in my family."
