Coming into my last few months on living in Alaska, (thankfully) one of their annual events started this week. The Fur Rondy, with different events going on daily, today was the Running of the Reindeer. You know the Running with the Bulls in Spain? Basically that, but with furry snow beasts, and snow on the ground. (also ice you can trip and fall on but only the people watching from the sidelines seemed to do that)

This Snow Leopard was probably the cutest thing ever. Like we walked up to it’s enclosure and it immediately sprung to life. Yawning and stretching, scratching itself, and then coming down to play with a jug of water.
