I really do enjoy dadzawa fics but only a certain…. flavor? of it? While i think “Aizawa has a built-in parent instinct” is a funny concept, I think it’s even funnier if he adamantly denies he has it altogether. All of that parental, adoption, etc. shtick happens completely by ACCIDENT. despite being a teacher Aizawa does NOT think of himself as good with kids - or people in general for that matter.

It’s a slow thing to really develop, I think, and he’s very good at hiding it for the most part
