incredibly misleading. that CAHSR money is a cost estimate, not an actual amount spent. 4 billion represents only the cost of an individual craft launching, the entire artemis program to get to that point has cost well over a hundred billion. CAHSR has spent money electrifying caltrain, because it's part of the corridor, and that is carrying a lot of people now, so I think the actual benefit to people from CAHSR is arguably greater than artemis, even with all the problems it's had getting done and that being a small part of it. also the main reason it has been going slowly and in a limited form now is primarily that the government isn't actually providing it the funding

finally figured out that the godawful matcha powder from the supermarket can be redeemed by blending it with strawberries and soymilk.
