L A S T I N G . M E M O R Y Miami… The perfect mix between big city and the Caribbean, where the main spoken languages are first Spanish then English. Dining out is popular and I can see why as the food is pretty good and socialising during late hours is very common. Mondays and Tuesdays are key nights for attending the hottest clubs and Weekends are for attending any bar/restaurant you can get a table or seat at on Ocean drive from the afternoon- all the hot guys and girls will be on site. Latin music and hip-hop can heard through pumping car speakers in some of the most luxurious cars- 6/10 cars on the Miami streets are luxury vehicles. The shopping is just ok, but then again people don’t really wear much! Lol, it is totally acceptable to walk blocks toward the beach in just your bakini alone- nobody is bothered. Do you Boo! This photo will be a lasting memory of mine. It was a beautiful solo walk along the Miami beach, where I just took it all in; the air, my thoughts, smells of the sea and all prior emotions from life… and I exhaled it all right there and afterward I felt completely F R E E. What a feeling! This photo for me depicts the beautiful journey ahead that life has in store for me. It’s longingly and curiously leading to somewhere beautiful and fun! :-)

Ok let’s get to the point; I worked super hard and with consistency to work off all the mid-rift weight I had gained whilst working for one of the main premium food supermarket retailers within the UK. I hid the gains well then started to make healthier gains via the following: 1. Barry’s Bootcamp - Intense bootcamp style workout. M E X I C A N . F O O D Shrimp tacos at almost 24hr operating Mexican restaurant named ‘Peppers’ on Collins Ave, Miami Beach Dining was: 7/10 Tacos were nicely flavoured and the beans, (as I am a bean lover) were cooked perfectly, however the shrimp was cooked a few minutes too long therefore succulence was absent. The restaurant has an indoor and outdoor dining offer of experience and boast loud and vibey Latin hits of current trending artist. The staff were extremely welcoming, cultured and knew the menu very well and the menu was true to its Mexican cuisine whereby 'coca-cola’ was the only non-Latin drink on the menu- which is great however the hibiscus drink that I ordered was incredibly too sweet

Rather pleasant, beautiful beach, clean and very clear water and not over crowded during the weekdays; on the other hand the weekends are a totally Miami party where everyone is in attendance- from other U.S states and all over the world Would recommend for a day out

C U B A N . F O O D Good Cuban food! Garlic shrimp, rice and plantain. This was delicious and the perfect spot for a ‘I’ve just landed’ meal. Based on the pulse of Collins Ave, South Beach strip, you gaze beyond the outdoor dining to an electric city with hot dudes and hot chicks cruising by on scooters, couples and families looking for a spot to eat, hot guys pulling up to traffic lights in sexy, beastly modified cars and people leaving bars tripping over each other’s laughter… it’s just magically contagious. And might I add; a fine way to practice my learnings of the Spanish language- Francisco our Cuban waiter understood all my Spanish and oozed Latin flair!
