This year has broke me, rebuilt me, and taught me how to let go with grace. I’m thankful for that.
i think that all that has happened this year and really in the last year has lead me to cling to ''control'' or rather the grasp of control I think I can have over different things in my life. Its caused me to cling to constant worrying because something will always happen and I try to stay ahead of it by trying to overworry to have symbolince of control but it doesnot really work. It doesnt work at all. I must let go of control and justt do and live and speak and be honest and know that in faith I can do all thing and am supported in all things. And that i will never have to do anything alone no matter how much I feel like I should.

it’s getting colder out. my skin is losing pigment with each day & my bones are beginning to ache from the brush of wind. my thoughts get a bit cloudier. i see now being in the grounds of autumn, and soon winter, that heat allows for things to spread and move, while the cold stiffens, numbs, and paralyzes. heat too can perpetuate this effect. too much of anything is never good they say, so i need the presence of both. maybe it’s this Libra New Moon that has me reflecting on the inner workings of the duality i possess, how i’ve been both things on seemingly opposite sides of a spectrum; good and bad, pessimistic and hopeful, beautiful and ugly, a great friend and a bad friend, consistent and incognito, member of a community and a lone wanderer. my skin is cold but my insides are warm and so i am
