The problem with working without a pattern is that if something's going wrong, you won't see it for a while, which means that you have to frog a lot of work to get back to the point where you can fix it, and if you try something else that goes wrong, pretty soon you're just crocheting and frogging over and over, like Penelope undoing her weaving every night as she waits for Odysseus to get his act together and come home

Itâs okay to romanticise the small things about your day to today life. Itâs okay to romanticise sleeping in, waking up to the sun tickling your skin. Itâs okay to romanticise the texture of fingers against a page. Sometimes to save your day you need to, romanticise sitting at a desk and working. Romanticise studying, hyped up on coffee. Itâs okay to picture yourself as if you were the mc in a movie, watch yourself go through shit and know that itâs just the climax of your own story and that while you sit in your room sobbing to sad songs good things are just around the corner.
sometimes to be okay or get through the day you need to, romanticise the simple things.

Talk of mysteries! â Think of our life in nature, â daily to be shown matter, to come in contact with it, â rocks, trees, wind on our cheeks! The solid earth! the actual world! the common sense! Contact! Contact! Who are we? where are we?

The goal of life is to make your heartbeat match the beat of the universe, to match your nature with Nature.
