I don't care how this sounds.
If you live in the United States, or if you want to be a citizen of the United States, being able to speak English fluently, should be a requirement not an option.
If Florida can pass a law where you have to not only be an American citizen to get a driver's license but also speak fluent English to get a driver's license, why hasn't the rest of the country done this?
Every other country on the planet expects you to speak their native language even if you are a tourist, why should it be any different here?
If you decide to live in any other country on the planet, they would expect you to be fluent in the native language, you don't get far without learning it.
Our country is an ironic country that way. We don't look at it like that at all. We're like, oh, you want to live here and not speak English nor become an American citizen, oh that's okay.
But we're going to deport you for not being an American citizen nor speak English.
Look, I love my country and always will, but our government is probably the dumbest government in the world.
The short version should be, you want to live here, you want to be an American citizen, you should speak fluent English.
I get the idea that English is the hardest language to learn on the planet, you can blame the younger generations for that because they create 1,000's of new fucked up words every single year, and the stupid dictionary companies are stupid enough to add them to the dictionary but it's like fucking damn, at least learn thr basic English words so you can hold a conversation with normal people.
Fuck these generations and their stupid fucking made up words and changing the definition of older words.
For hundreds of years "fire" only meant something was burning, something was hot.
Now an added definition means, it's good or awesome or something along those lines.
Anyways fuck off, have a good day.
