Had dinner at the new @figotoronto last night and really enjoyed it. Beautiful space, great wine & cocktail list & a menu featuring light, flavourful Italian dishes. I especially loved little details extra like hits of citrus zest in this casarece with rapini pesto & goat cheese or preserved tomato on this spicy sopraseta pizza. Let's just say someone in my house is super happy that I brought home extra. 🍕 (at Figo)

One of my favourite bites from last night's @cochon555 Heritage BBQ was this Sweet & Sour Crispy Pulled Pork Terrine by @ninjachef & his @dailoto team. With a little Rioja, of course. Fun night! I have now eaten all of the things, & my work here is done. (at Evergreen Brickworks)

Ordered my delicious latte & weekly croissant treat from @portlandvariety from my iPhone & it was there waiting for me when I arrived. Which is awesome, because I hate waiting in lines...really. What an exceptional experience here at the third stop of our @estrelladammcat #TapasJourney. Camarones en Escabeche, Pulpo a la Gallega & Tartara de Res con Foie by Chef Chris McDonald (if you don't know, he's kind of the Godfather of Tapas in Toronto). Again....kind of incredible that you can get these 3 dishes PLUS an Estrella Damm for $20 from Aug 14 - 23....and possibly win a trip to Miami! (at Barsa Taberna - Toronto)
