↳ a list of my favorite shifting methods that i explain how they work and if they have worked for me or for someone i know
— this method has worked for me and is helpful to people who have attention problems
↳ Get into any comfortable position and once you feel that you are ready, play any 8D music that you like and can focus on
↳ Try matching the pace of your breathing with the rhythm of the music
↳ With any interval of your choice (10's is recommended but you can choose), repeat affirmations of your choice with the recommendation of "As my body gets calmer, I am getting closer and closer to my Desired Reality." Focus on various parts of the song and visualize parts of your DR using it
↳ Once you feel like you are fully ready, with the position that you are sleeping in, visualize. Visualize where you are waking up, what you're wearing and any other details about the place your DR self is sleeping in. After this, go to sleep with the thought that you are falling asleep in your DR and you should walk up there
❝ Alice in Wonderland Method ❞
— this method has worked for someone i know and is visualization heavy. i have done an altered version of this in a lucid dream
↳ You can be in any position as long as you are comfortable. Note that this method is visualization heavy
↳ Visualize yourself next to a tree as someone from your DR runs past you
↳ Follow them until they get to a rabbit hole (or any random pathway) and a lot of symptoms take place once you start falling/going through but focus on the method, not the symptoms
↳ When you land at the bottom, there will be a table with a key and a door and if there isn't, imagine there is. Take the key and open the door then go through. Normally you should fall asleep here and you'll have arrived in your DR
— an altered version of this method has worked for me and is helpful to people who daydream
↳ You should find a comfortable position facing either a wall or the ceiling. I recommend playing either subliminals or music that reminds you of your DR / helps you shift but note that these aren't required
↳ Make use of all your senses after detaching from your CR to start picturing or visualizing on the wall/ceiling
↳ Keep doing this until the wall/ceiling starts going farther and farther away from you
↳ Close your eyes and visualize until you either detach fully from your CR or you feel like you are in your DR. You can wake up and you'll end up inside your DR
— this method has worked for me and is helpful to people who are anxious about the certainty of scripting, it's also similar to the Valentino method
↳ You need to have the basic parts of your script done and easy to understand as well as earphones and a proper mic
↳ You need to Act-as-if you are your DR self and record the audio of yourself talking about the rules of your DR, talking about yourself, talking about your life and your loved ones etc
↳ Sprinkle in some affirmations like You are so close! and You're shifting! or affirmations of the like and end your narration with something telling you that when you fall asleep, you will wake up in your Desired Reality
↳ Listen to this recording whenever and add whatever you'd like as long as the audio sounds like your DR self talking about themselves and things about or in their reality and motivating you to shift
— this method has helped multiple people and is my favorite. it can be used as an awake method but can also work as a sleep method
↳ Meditate beforehand for a few minutes. You can use guided meditations / theta waves / subliminals or whatever you'd like
↳ You can set your intention during the meditation but mainly you would be repeating "I am" affirmations
↳ Start counting until 100 or steady your breathing until you start feeling symptoms. Once you start feeling symptoms, continue on with your normal affirmations until you feel completely detached from your CR and your surroundings have changed. You should now be in your DR !!
— these are methods to reach your DR through lucid dreams that you can use
→ Going through a door that you believe will take you to your DR
→ Looking for your shifting script in a library and when you open it, you are sucked into the book
→ Jumping into a lake and reaching the "bottom" but its a two-way lake that when you reach the bottom, you reach the lake in your DR
→ Watching your reflection change in a mirror and touching the mirror and switch with your reflection and be at the other side of the mirror as your DR self
→ Any shifting method but you wholeheartedly believe it'll work
→ Anything works as long as you believe it'll take you to your Desired Reality
