I cry every time i hear this song now. It’s a reminder not to get addicted to my own mess. Self pity was the hardest substance to quit and I’m glad I was kinda forced to quit “cold-turkey”. 

There’s so much more colour and joy in the world if you allow yourself to see it.

then we spent a year editing it cuz it was all pretty slop-city.

then we spent a year mixing and mastering it and then we released it on 31 Dec 2015.
