Why is your art not marked "Midday"?
My username most everywhere else is CrimsonVoices, or something similar to that. If you see any art out there that looks like mine but has "Crimson" or a red eye on it, it's mine. However, if it is not posted to any account with Crimson or Midday in the name, please let me know. I have experienced thieves already.
What program do you use for art?
Clip Studio Paint with a few downloaded brush sets. I also do traditional sketches now and then. Huion markers, Faber-Castel pencils, and basic sketchpads are my traditional materials of choice at the moment.

Favourite part about White Clouds is how suspicious Edelgard and Hubert look every month.
Imagine Byleth just walking through the courtyard on his way to the main hall and seeing out of the corner of his eye Hubert and Edelgard, scheming in a dimly lit alleyway by the stables.

The Varley Twins, by default, have a massive -- and almost certainly one-sided -- crush on Roxanne. It is a point of contention between them because even if she were to learn about their feelings and even feel the same way, she would have to choose between them in the future.
Artemas and Apollo typically share almost everything, but when it comes to seriously and intentionally sharing a girlfriend/lover/spouse, that isn't something they've had to experience nor is it an easy subject to broach. So, they just don't talk about it.
Thinking about ships between my FE3H ocs has my mind spiraling. Not everyone is in love -- and not everyone wants to be in love -- but these two? These two could be. What would happen if they were?

All jokes aside, the only ship that I view as canon by default (so far. there is one more i haven't mentioned yet) is Cillian x Branwen. Help me pick a proper ship name for that, and my life is yours.

So far, I'm enjoying the differences in theme as far as my Future Three Houses go. Thinking about it, it reminds me of Iroh's explanation of the elements.

After the crushing defeat of Rhea and the Nabateans -- along with a very strong head start on technological advancement thanks to RnD on Agarthan ruins -- the children of Crimson Flower exist in a Fodlan united under the banner of humanity without the ever-looming presence of divinity to hinder progress. The Seiros faith and churches still exists, but they are a shell of their former glory and thus hold little sway in the future to come. Nevertheless, glimmers of the past still permeate in hidden corners of this new nation for the few willing to look.

Chivalry and duty are still the way of life in Faerghus, and thanks to the efforts of those who came before, the children of Azure Moon not only have a lot to live up to but an era of unprecedented peace to look forward to should they manage it. The church is still going very strong, with a large part of that having to do with the vessel of the Goddess Sothis ruling over the land alongside the King of Faerghus himself. This is a future of righting the wrongs and honoring the rights of the past -- which are both a heavy burden many of these children have risen to meet head-on.

Foreign influence is far stronger in the Verdant Winds than in any other, thanks in no small part to the King of Almyra and the collective power of the Fodlan people - both commoners and nobles alike - working altogether for the first time. This diversity of opinion, culture, and religion allows the children of this world to decide for themselves who and what they will be without the pressure of rigid titles bearing down upon them. Whether they choose to follow in the footsteps of giants or build a new life for themselves, they have both the opportunity and the knowledge, once forbidden, to do as they please.
I finished the concept art for both Leonie and Ignatz's kids during the poll, so I should be able to have the final art out relatively soon. I think you guys are going to like them both.

After some research, I've come to the conclusion that, after the war of Fodlan, they enter into an era nearly indistinguishable to our real life Early Modern Period.
The decline of feudalism and the reformation of the Church, for starters, are already mentioned in route endings and paired ending cards. But in addition to that, colonialism is sure to become a much stronger part of their future with each nation trying to expand into others for resources and territory, mirroring the events of our world.
That is how the colonization of the Americas happened, which makes this post all the more ironic because I'm making it on July 4th and the USA's 250th birthday.
Internationality after that is surely inevitable, as are colonies in island nations and an increase in pirate activity; according to Wikipedia (yes, I also checked the sources), this was the inevitable result of European expansion. Without the constraints on progress put on by Rhea's control of the faith, the advent of new technology, art, and fashion would be in full swing. Science would excel by leaps and bounds more than before, and more and more revolutions/the recognition of nations within the nation, such as Duscur, Timotheos, and Kupala would occur.

🥀Francesca Rosita Gloucester
Francesca Rosita Gloucester is 14 years old, born Horsebow Moon/September 5th, and 163cm tall (about 5'4"). Like her father, she is very skinny and will grow to be quite tall with time.
Franny is very "big and loud" when it comes to her fashion sense and interests. Big dresses, dynamic performances, huge plush toys, tiered cakes, etc. The subtle daintiness of a "proper young lady from a noble house" only really shows itself when Lorenz, Erwin, or someone else she greatly respects is present.
Her usual mask compared to her temper is like night and day. Unlike Jean-Baptiste who will smile through his rougher moments as best he can, the minute Francesca stops smiling, she starts exploding.
She cares very deeply about things being fair and correct. When something doesn't seem right, she makes a big fuss about it.
"That's not fair!!!" is probably in her Top 3 most used phrases, along with "I'm telling father/grandfather!" and "I DO NOT HAVE A TEMPER!!".
Erwin Fritz, her grandfather, will often undermine Lorenz when it comes to Francesca just to give and do whatever she wants him to. This has lowered Franny's respect for her father somewhat, elevating Erwin higher on the totem pole in her mind. This results in her deferring to him more often than not.
Contrary to her tendency towards fits of unbridled rage and occasional entitlement, she is a very devoted friend. If she claims you as part of her inner circle, you have access to everything she has -- whether you want it or not. She is also an aggressive gift giver. "Are you sure you don't want anything? Ugh, don't be stupid; of course you want something. Well? Spill it! What do you want? I'll had grandfather get it for you!"
Kind of a "mean girl," though; a diva.
Likes being the best at things and cries when she isn't. 2nd place is always worse than 3rd in her mind.
Very expressive. If she doesn't say she hates your guts, she's definitely showing it.
Has an enormous custom dollhouse she regularly does upkeep on.
Owns a remarkably clean and pampered pig she affectionately calls "Chunk." He is off-white in colour with big black spots. The only reason she has it is because she snuck the piglet under her dress during a visit to a commoner village as a child and convinced her parents -- with big pleading eyes, I might add -- to let her keep it. She did not realize the thing would grow to 600 lbs of pure PORK, but loves him anyway. Regularly dresses him up in custom made clothes. Lorenz is vexed by how often he finds the creature meandering through the estate like he owns the place.
Can play piano, violin, and harp. Classically trained singer and formal dancer -- and hates doing both unless she's actively trying to show off.
Somewhat... "If you're homeless, buy a house/If you're poor, get a job" upon occasion. Doesn't yet fully understand the intricacies of the class divide and assumes you just didn't work hard enough for it.
Would probably moonlight as a kawaii metal idol in a Modern Au, specializing in thrash vocals and shredding in the style of LOVEBITES. Would probably have a massive following of delinquents (lol)

You know a herd of Golden Fawns wouldn't be complete without the child of 🌹Lorenz Helman Gloucester🌹!
I just want to say, I don't think I've drawn this many ruffles in my entire life. On the upside, I figured out how to do it without using brush assets and I am quite proud of that. With this design, I was going for the "ojou-sama" look that evokes a sense of luxury and pretentiousness that distracts from, well, what's hidden under that. Gap Moe, I think is the trope(?). If you've ever seen Cat's Don't Dance... She's just not a psycho when it comes to animals. Not really, anyway. Her softer side is hidden in the seams of her "rich villainess" role.
Being totally honest, I think her outfit gives more Rococo lolita doll vibes than Middle Ages noblewoman... but Hubert is dressed like Herr Commandant and Hilda looks like a popstar, so I honestly don't know or care. She is the second of the Golden Fawn's mini units, alongside Faust who I posted last year, and our resident heavy hitter!

"I know Lorenz tried really hard to teach his daughter what it means to be a proper and snobby young lady, and from what I can tell, she's passed with flying colours-! W-well, for the most part, at least. See, turns out, the elder Gloucester is kinda the doting sort. And by "doting," I mean he's been spoiling his favourite little rose absolutely rotten since the day she was born. That girl could get away with murder if her dear old grandfather was the judge. With that beastly temper of hers, she just might... Yeesh."
