Forever a switch between 'the validation of labels is supportive' and 'DONT PUT ME IN A FUCKING BOX'
Ok so I can't stop thinking about the wedding from last weekend, it left a huge impression and unfortch I was barely able to document it, but I'm starting to recall small bits of magic from it that I adore and never wanna forget, so I thought I'd share some with the class and spread the joy:
It was an outside wedding, a nature wedding, literally in the actual forest wedding, sooo much of soul soothing green all around 🥹
The venue was a very very old classic homestead with a barn (I loooved the vibe of it) 🥹
The day before, we were doing a ceremony rehearsal and a local tuxedo cat visited us, she guarded the walk down the isle (almost walked with me at one point), then sat and laid next to us while we went through the ceremony 🥹
The night before, after dusk my bride friend and her now husband practiced their first dance under these golden string lights, it was only them and us--their closest circle of like 10-ish people 🥹
In the morning of the wedding I gave my bride friend a letter I wrote her for the occasion, she cried and later said it was the most beautiful letter she's ever received 🥹
I was there with my bride friend for their first look when everyone else (except for the best man) already left for the ceremony spot 🥹
I have an image in my head of entering the room where my bride friend was sitting all ready and waiting, nervous only a minute before the first look and a few before the ceremony, and I got to be there for her and hold her hands 🥹
This is also where I gave her my last hug before she got married 🥹
I was also the one putting on her veil for her, it had these little crystals that made it look like it was covered in shimmering raindrops 🥹
The ceremony was symbolic and magical, with elemental offerings, and the couple's friend who was bringing the earth offering literally looked like a goddess with her long hair, green dress and the cutest freaking baby on her hip 🥹
During the ceremony I was looking overhead from time to time at the way the green branches were dancing in the light breeze, it was sooo pretty with the sun rays peeking through the leaves too, felt like they were all part of the audience 🥹
I was holding my friend's wedding bouquet the whole time (it was heavy af which I was warned about and my hands were shaking from the weight, but I didn't wanna let it go!!) 🥹
Me and the other bridesmaid (and sometimes the maid of honor too) kept finding little introvert pockets of hiding from the crowd and finding a peaceful place to recharge and just talk a bit 🥹
I got to keep one of the flower bouquets used to decorate the dining tables, I'm drying it now 🥹
Omg and I was the one fully in charge of decorating the dining tables, I was so proud!! 🥹
My friend and her husband wrote personal descriptions for all guests, mine said that I'm ethereal and a little bit of a witch and if I could turn into an animal I'd be the most beautiful black cat crossing people's paths 🥹
Throughout the whole weekend I could literally feel a bubble of love surrounding the space, it was soo tangible, like a massive source of love, peace and happiness, the energy of the place made even me feel safe, loved and content 🥹
Such a pretty place 🌞
The barn pretty too 🧚🏻♀️
On today's episode of evil mother diaries we have an instance where while discussing the solar eclipse with strangers present, my mother insisted that in 2075 none of us will be there to see the eclipse. I said that I will (I'll be 75) and then she argued with me and insisted I won't be alive at 75. We are reaching new heights of bizarre in this house wtf lol what a weirdo.
I don't really care for transits so much personally, but at the same time I kinda feel the pull to really study them so that I can become someone's court astrologer in modern times I think that would be really fun hehe
This this this this!!!
I will be a bridesmaid this weekend and I feel so nervous pleeeaase pray for me I hate crowds and attention and pressure and being photographed and eating in front of people 😭
(really really hope the energy ends up being chill)
I have a feeling I'm gonna start stress posting soon, sorry in advance lol
So turns out this weekend was one of the best weekends of my life and the absolute highlight of my decade, didn't even have time to check my phone 🥹🥹🥹
The energy was chill and happy, people were sweet, food was amazing and the entire space was filled with love 🩵
getting photographed was still pain in my ass tho lol

Omg I'm turning 26 in 2 weeks and 25's been such a lesson packed year, I really need to write it all down before it evaporates from my brain
Hi I seen one of your posts and it drew me into your page! I wanted to ask if you could read my chart if possible because you seem so skilled!! (its okay if not but I would sooo appreciate if you could :3 )
Thank you so much and I hope you have a great day
Hii yay of course I can!!
(disclaimer that I use whole sign house system and traditional rulerships)
So there is a big theme I see going through your chart that is all about balancing the overfocusing on your connection to others with pouring more energy into you, your own life and your own growth instead.
I see a pattern of some sort of a mental and social wound: Gemini 12th house containing the Sun, Aquarius 8th house containing the Moon, Capricorn South Node in the 7th house of relationships and Saturn in the 11th house of friendship and community.
Your dark houses (specifically 8th & 12th) are in air, so the shadow themes of your life are of mental and relational nature. They have to do with how your mind works and also how you relate to others, how you believe you fit in (or don't) the collective and who you think you need to be to stay socially included and avoid rejection. With the Sun in 12th house of Gemini it feels like an identity that feels pressure to know everything, to be smart, to have ease socializing and to maybe put logic on a pedestal (no emotions, just the rational). There may be a voice somewhere in the back of your mind that tells you you should be able to fit in easily, to talk to anyone, to adapt to any situation ever, which can lead to nervousness, anxiety and overthinking spirals. Aquarius Moon in the 8th house of shadows usually indicates that at some point in the past it didn't feel safe to feel and express your emotions and have needs, with Aquarius this is especially connected to a wound of the black sheep, being rejected and othered for who you are and how you feel. Over-intellectualizing and too much detachment can come out of this as a coping mechanism. Not being a softie and being a bit stoic doesn't have to be a bad thing, but considering this is the 8th house we're talking about I could see this coming from the fear of vulnerability and getting cast out of the group again. The Capricorn South Node in the 7th house tells me thinking of 'the other' is a pattern you've gotten used to overdoing, denying your Self and instead focusing on what you perceived as your duty to someone else. This ties really neatly into the fact that both your luminaries (the Sun and the Moon), the parts of your chart tied most closely to your individual experience of life, your identity and your emotions, are both hiding in dark houses, as if too shy or fearful of showing themselves. Almost as if showing your true self and your true feelings could get you hurt (which it at some point likely did), so it's safer to try to tuck your Self away under layers of duty and expectations of others. Saturn in the 11th house of community completes the shadow storyline, serving hardships to your finding your sense of belonging in the group, but also challenging you to change that (I'll get to the Saturn-Jup lesson later).
Sometimes dark house issues and shadow themes of the chart like to stay hidden and some people will do a decent job repressing them further refusing to ever look at them, but this is not your case because your chart ruler the Moon is located in the 8th house. This means that life naturally stirs you toward facing and healing the wound of the different one instead of letting it fester.
This whole explanation of the heavier part of your chart was a lot, but I also think the main goal is actually to leave this pattern behind and move on. You have Cancer Rising, so despite all the mental energy of your Sun and Moon, in life you lead out of the heart, with sensitivity, emotions and also intuition. The 1st house is the house of self, identity, mind-body-spirit connection and it's the place in the chart that represents solely you and how you approach life. And here you have a biiiig Cancer stellium, lots of energy concentrated on pointing all that sensitivity and attunement toward yourself, focusing on you and how you feel, on being emotionally present in yourself, your body and in your experience of life in general. Your 1st house Venus and Mars are conjunct the Ascendant which I find really interesting considering all these relational hurts seem like they'd love it if you just hid youself, but with Mars and Venus right on your Ascendant not making a strong impression feels unlikely, it's a prominent energy you're carrying everywhere with you. Your Mercury is here too, neutral in Cancer, but in the house of its joy, also quite close to the North Node. This feels like a really nice lead into a new way of thinking, supportive of letting go of overthinking and leaning into intuition and emotional sensitivity instead, as well as expressing yourself openly. I get the sense that some of the repressed air placements could almost have a dissociative quality to them, being too much in one's head to feel truly present in your life, and this big ass 1st house Cancer stellium is like the perfect antidote to that. I see it as a natural pull to come back to yourself, to get regulated and rooted in your own energy, and pay attention to how you feel in your life and how you wanna live it. Not how you fit in with others, or who you think you should be for them, but what you want and don't want, what you like and don't like, where you wanna go and what you wanna do. There is a lesson in there for you to learn that it's safe for you to live for yourself, to speak your mind, to love and be loved and to fight and set boundaries and make waves. Also, I think this whole 'moving on from the past social/mental pattern' message is nicely supported by the fact that your 12th house Gemini Sun is at the very last degree, it's a lesson that's culminating and getting ready to be finished.
I promised to come back to Saturn and it's tiiime (Mariah Carey voice). The 1st house stellium feels like a first important step to healing--balancing too much of "what about others?" with "what about me?". Presence and security in your own self and your own life first will help with finding a safe and secure place in relation to others later, especially in community. I really love the connection between all the placements connected to relational wounds and the fact that you have a Jupiter-Saturn conjunction in your 11th house of community, friendship and network. Despite having very different methods both Jup and Saturn are teachers and our paths to growth, and they both encourage you to heal/evolve your relationship to community and teach you the lesson of what it looks like to be somewhere you truly belong without having to sacrifice your peace of mind or any bit of your authentic essence. I wanna focus on Saturn a little more here because it's Saturn who generally brings blockages to where he's located--so in this case this could look like struggling to find your tribe, possibly periods of solitude or isolation. This once again reminds me of the black sheep/what's my place with other people theme. The key energy here is Taurus, the nature of the Saturnian journey is achieving presence, comfort and sense of security when in group with other people, and finding or creating a community where you feel truly safe. It's a similar goal I see in your 1st house Cancer stellium really, only now it talks about a social context. Both Cancer and Taurus are nocturnal, they internalize energy, so presence, security and comfort are things to cultivate within first, rather than chase it outside of you without creating a capacity to actually be able to hold them.
The main takeaway from your birth chart is that it carries a strong pattern of someone who spent a lot of time over focusing on connecting to other people while their own individuality was rejected and repressed. There's a huge desire and natural pull to balance this with truly focusing on who you are and how you wanna live your life, specifically through emotional presence and learning to feel safe in yourself and your expression too. The theme of safety and security also follows you on a way to heal your relationship to connection, finding a healthy, grounded way to do so may be a challenge, but it's also a big point of your growth.
That's about all I got, hope you enjoyed!!
Pleaase let me know how you resonate with this (or don't), or if you have any questions or if anything was confusing
Thank you for trusting me with your chart mwah <3

So I have a friend with scorpio moon and rising and she's always worn her heart on her sleeve while somehow also being extremely private. I didn't know how exactly to make sense of this placement within her. She was the most emotionally open person I've ever met, expressing her feelings freely (almost naively sometimes) and inspiring me to do the same. But at the same time I realized she doesn't actually let me in on anything. I've only found out about very very significant happenings in her life and inner world after months/years. And I was convinced that it was because of me, that she just didn't feel safe or comfortable enough to open up to me or maybe she didn't think I'd know what to do with what she'd tell me, but the truth is she really is just naturally secretive. I understood this when we were planning her bachelorette party with her other friends from separate circles (not a real friend group, just a random array of people my friend's collected across different areas of her life)--no one actually knows her. I thought I was her close friend at first, then I assumed I was wrong since she didn't really let me in on many things, but I thought maybe she did let other people in. Nope. Even her truly closest, bestest friend she lived with for a year at one point didn't know what music she listens to, no one had any grasp on her taste in aesthetics, they barely knew anything about her relationship with her husband to be, despite being friends with both and spending lotsa time together. No one really knew her favorite color, or what food she likes, or whether she likes swimming and would enjoy going to a lake.. and what's interesting is that she said her and her boyfriend are together all the time, that they're very close and even borderline codependent, so she does let someone in. It just felt a little sad that friends are kept on the outside, despite her great emotional capacity and loving heart. Don't really know where I'm going with this, but I thought it was interesting seeing how a person can not only contain multitudes, but how even a single astro placement can be one big paradox. I love how complex we are and I love picking us apart haha.
Long haired people, how do you not lose your shit in the summer heat when your hair keeps getting stuck in your sweaty armpits? Asking for a friend..
Look at your progressed Moon calendar and tell me you see it too
You know, getting into astrology happened in waves for me. First the random interpretations of natal placements that hit a little too accurate, then learning about transits corresponding with significant life or world events, but something that shook me to my core were secondary progressions, specifically the progressed Moon.
Secondary progressions are a technique in astrology where each day after you're born corresponds with a year of your life and it's basically supposed to show how your chart evolves throughout your life. So at 25 years old I'd look at day 25 after the day I was born and the chart of the day is meant to be indicative of the year I'm 25.
But since most of the progressed planets don't change dramatically very often (e.g. Jupiter stays in one sign about a year=365 days, and if 1 day=1 year of life we'd have to be vampires to experience more big shifts), the one to look out for is the Moon which moves the fastest. The Moon changes signs every 2,5 days, this means that the progressed Moon changes signs every 2,5 years of your life.
Looking at my progressed Moon calendar and reminiscing I realized how well each 2,5 year period actually reflected its sign, but more than that how punctual and often dramatic the shift of my general mood and focus in life was when the date of the sign changing came around. (Skipping over childhood, it's a blur for me)
Progressed Moon in Libra felt exceptionally social. Those were the last 2 years of elementary school for me, 8th and 9th grade. It's the time when you're the oldest kids at school and you feel like you rule the world. I think this was one of the two times in my life when I felt most comfortable socially, I was spending a lot of time with friends and having so much fun, even had an actual friend group for once.
The shift to Scorpio was insanely tangible. It happened on June 30 2015, the exact day when elementary school ended and I started thinking real hard about who I wanna be in high school. And suddenly I was deeply convinced that being a tough and mysterious cloud of misery was the way, lol. This 2,5 year period also corresponded to years 15 and 16, the peak of teenage brooding. I spent them wearing black, frowning and rolling my eyes, suspicious of everyone and everything, depressed and anxious from stress accumulated in childhood.
If Libra to Scorpio was tangible I don't even have words for what the fuck happened with Scorpio to Sagittarius. I remember suddenly getting sick of all the sulking and isolating, and wanting to have fun, to just enjoy myself. I became so much more optimistic, I was saying yes to things and people, trying to be more included, getting out of my comfort zone more often, and I was testing what it feels like to be fully and openly myself. I remember going to university to this amazingly beautiful city and making so many friends, laughing all the time, but also spending 3 hours a day on a train. Studying, traveling, having fun socializing, being so open and hopeful about life. I think so far Sag has been my favorite progressed Moon sign.
The switch to Capricorn happened around the same time as covid hit and immediately I went deep into hermit mode (I was very lucky to have the space to do so). I felt the urge to figure myself out and build myself up from scratch. I spent hours journaling every day, went over every wound, every fear and every aspiration for the future and got crystal clear on what this life was for and what I wanted from it. It's a vision that's since been living in the background of everything I do as a solid motivator and a reminder of my 'why'. In typical Capricorn fashion it took time and work to figure out, but it will last a long time. Toward the end of Capricorn life started feeling a little hopeless and heavy, like I was blocked and may never find a way to start moving again.
Aquarius came the exact day of my first family constellations session on October 30 2022, and with it the feeling of some weird spiritual chains unlocking and life finally opening itself up to me again. Where Capricorn eventually brought drought and walls, Aquarius offered opportunities and open space. Quite literally a breath of fresh air. This was the one where I fully got into astrology (which Aquarius supposedly rules over). It's when I started feeling like the future I want is actually possible and reoriented toward ways to move forward as opposed to dwelling on blockages that made me feel like I couldn't.
The first shift I was consciously tracking as it happened was Aqua to Pisces, and it was one that I feared (my progressed Moon entering Pisces matched with the North Node entering Pisces too, the drama). I was fearful because I could feel my sensitivity building for months and realities I've been avoiding sitting heavy on my heart. And with Pisces progressed Moon they wouldn't be ignored anymore, so my nervous system got a little fried. I got the memo, started therapy and regulated myself. In the meantime I've been noticing my intuition speaking to me louder and I feel like I've been learning a lot about acceptance and surrender. I've been feeling and experiencing so much magic all around and I think my attunement to energy got stronger (which is big news for a chronic over-intellectualizer). The darker side is that it's been getting significantly more difficult to human, I don't think I've ever felt more alien in this world. But I'm doing my best to trust the process, trust the lessons and keep my eyes (and heart) open.
In a year my progressed Moon will have returned to my natal Aries and I'm soo curious to see what it brings. I'm starting to see the elemental pattern (water Moons felt heavy, air Moons light and open,..), so I'm quietly hoping for a Sag 2.0 haha.
And I'm also super nosy if anyone else notices the themes of their progressed Moon signs in their life, if you feel like going down a cool astro rabbit hole you can check your progressed Moon calendar here. 🤓
I really crave to be surrounded by warm, impolite and aggressively informal people. I realized that the past year the social circle around me has exclusively consisted of extremely polite people and despite enjoying some perks that it comes with (respect being one example) I couldn't help but notice how the over-politeness and formality puts distance between people. I'm surprised just how much loneliness actually comes from it. I think to achieve closeness and actually bond with someone some friction and overstepping is necessary, otherwise you're just two respectful individuals sitting next to each other, almost close but never quite meeting, separated by polite distance. Oversharing, taking a joke a little too far, pushing a little too much sometimes, saying or doing something inappropriate, I cherish those things so much when they come from pure intentions. And I've been too scared of rejection and of being a source of disturbance in the space to express this energy, I've felt like it simply doesn't belong to those circles, but I've been missing it so bad, that unfiltered, cheeky energy. I miss knowing where I stand with people at all times, because they say what they mean without fear of offending and don't bother with white lies for the sake of being nice and polite and positive. I find that without this quality surrounding me I struggle to feel connected, I feel lonely and it's like an on switch for overthinking spirals. So I think this is me sending it into the universe, one impolite social circle please.
