It literally does not matter one bit how technically correct you are or how well you can quote Marx or Lenin or whoever from memory if you're a rude and divisive asshole nobody can work with. If you are not capable of treating people with patience, even when they are espousing something incorrect, you are not capable of being a real Communist in any meaningful fashion. This is a movement for the liberation of the proletariat and all oppressed, not one for you to look smart on tumblr of all places, and vanguard movements readily ignore egoists who are clearly in this because they want to feel like they have some sort of complex political justification for being unnecessarily rude to people.

I've said this before but it's because a lot of people here who identify as MLs and make it a centrepiece of their personality are just really unpleasant people, frankly. Correct analysis is worthless if it is not backed up with correct action. You really think you can take part in a party acting like that?

Either change your ways or stop calling yourself an ML. This isn't an ideology for you unless you're ready to get serious and actually meaningfully fight for change. Not everyone needs to be directly involved in a party, no revolution has ever succeeded off of the backs of the vanguard alone and it's no moral stain not to be a member of a vanguard movement or aspiring vanguard, but you really do need to be if you want to imagine yourself to be as serious as you do. Poisonous behaviour is a form of liberalism.

a lot of folks on the anti-communist left fall into a sort of nihilistic despair at the state of things because they are unwilling to see the incredible advances in actual socialist projects as real, leaving an increasingly derelict capitalist structure as the only thing that exists in their perspective. which, in fairness, would also make me rather depressed! getting over the hurdle of accepting that socialism exists in real life does just totally ameliorate that, however.

on this picture i drew Alexandr Andreevich Alexandrov - cavalry officer of the russian imperial army that participated in napoleonic wars. people persistently keep on misgendering mispronounsing deadnaming and calling him a crossdresser although alexandrov clearly stated that he didn't want to be called by his deadname and being treated like anything but a man. that's an interesting historical figure and i wanted to draw attention to his person. i can't tell everything about him in only one post so i recomend you to read about alexandrov by yourself
