I had previously drawn a headshot of ‘Born Girl Ashley’ in my drawing of various different alternate Ashley’s meeting, and wanted to draw a full body image of her.
Just like the canon Ash, this Ashley grew up with her mom in Pallet Town, where she developed an intense love of Pokemon. Both she and Gary were close friends, with a relationship that developed more into an almost ‘brother and sisterly’ type of feel. The two of them would frequently get into all sorts of shenanigans.
Ashley was also very close to her mother, and even seemed to inherit her mother’s love of fashion, along with a lot of the clothing her mother still kept from when she was a young girl herself. Like canon Ash, she too would desire to one day become a Pokemon trainer and to make her mark in the world.
Ashley, though similar to Ash, tends to come off as a bit more ‘showy’, with a love of putting flair and theatrics into the things she does. She’s the type of person to put things like stickers on her Pokeballs and Pokedex, or even pose when she’s being dramatic. A natural showoff who can be unpredictable in what she does, but also can lead to moments of accidental self-sabotage as she starts out her life as a trainer, going for some more flashy results that may end up being more detrimental than helpful in battle.
Like Ash, Ashley also ended up oversleeping the day she would get her first Pokemon, and the only Pokemon that Oak would have available was an Eevee, of which Ashley gladly accepted.
Eevee, who Ashley has simply taken to naming ‘Vui’, is rather laid back, but is prone to being quite mischievous and opportunistic when the situation calls for it. He initially wasn’t too fond of being owned by Ashley, but once she started to brush and pamper him, he couldn’t help but feel a bit more inclined to go with it.
All I wanna know if Ryan Kaji will eventually speak for himself and he’s finally able to retire, but I will never know that because documentary content farms always mislead me with thumbnails that read,
“Ryan is finally free!” “Ryan speaks up!” “Ryan’s parents are in legal trouble.”
yet none of that shit is even brought up in the video! We fucking get it. Ryan’s life sucks, and his parents suck. We’ve all heard THE SAME STORY! How about at least make an effort to save the poor teen, and his sisters too! Stop exploiting his tragedy for views! I think everyone should just shut up about Ryan until he is actually saved!
