Time to come on here and vent some more cause my mother seems to think yelling at about school and then yelling even more when I'm screaming about how stressed this all makes me and it isn't helping. Like I'm doing goddam fuckinf best and I'm passing all of my class so I don't see a fucking problem but my mom is mad I'm missing a few assignments in my classes. I don't want to work on assignments that don't matter anymore. I come home from a stressful day at school only to be greeted with more stress. Cry until I have fucking headache. I don't feel like I can talk to anybody cause I don't like worrying my friends and family. So the only way I can vent is through a phone. And then my mom comes in while I'm writing this post and tries to make it better but for me it only makes it worse. I just wanna be alone. I don't want to go to school anymore. I don't be at the breaking all the time. I'm so tired of it all. When do I get a break?? When is my turn to feel okay with where I am? When do I get to choose how to live my life? I was gonna help in a play but I don't think I can deal with that right now. My life is too stressful. I can't handle all of this. I'm fucking 16. I shouldn't feel this right now. I don't think I should anyways.

I'm bout to offend people with my opinion but. Marinette is a terribly written character and I kinda hate her. She's a jerk and rude to people for no reason at times. The only ships I like with her are Lukanette and MariChat. She's herself with them and they're healthier than other ships including Marinette. This excludes LadyNoir. I think that ship could work pretty well. But I really don't like Marinette, she's rude, narcissistic and just a plain jerk to people sometimes and no consequences for anything. Like in the episode where she STOLE Adrien's phone to delete a message and gave it back to him without being noticed and she GOT AWAY WITH IT. she committed a crime and got rewarded for her actions. She got to go to the movies to hang out with her friends and Adrien. Her character is written horribly and I think she could've been written better. Heck I think Lila is better written than her. Sure I don't like Lila but she has better writing, we aren't sure why she lies all the time for sure but we know we don't see her mother much and we don't know anything about her dad. She could have a similar story to Chloe and how her mother doesn't give her the attention she craves so she acts out to gain the attention she wants. Of course I could be wrong it's only a theory. But she is still better written we have a mystery to solve with her. We had a good reason with Chloe on how she acted. They both written well. They have good reason for how they act, with Lila that is a so far. But Marinette? No reason. She has a good life, plenty of good friends. Why does she act the way she does? Because she's infatuated with Adrien apparently. Talk about a crazy stalker. Adrien is a very well written character, it's sad we don't get to see him more often. But what can you do right? Anyways Ted Talk over. This is just an opinion remember. If you like Marinette that's fine, I'm not saying you shouldn't, I personally don't. That's all.

In a move that has sparked outcry from archaeologists, historians and locals, the Peruvian government has approved a multi-billion international airport near the famed site of Machu Picchu, Peru’s single most important tourist destination. Bulldozers have begun to clear millions of tons of earth for the project, which will be located in Chinchero, a picturesque Inca town.

Building the airport in this location will destroy an ancient landscape, one shaped by the Incan people with terraces and routes.

Critics also suggest that planes flying low over the nearby village of Ollantaytambo and its archaeological park filled with ruins and a massive Inca fortress with large stone terraces, would cause incalculable damage to fragile Inca ruins there and destroy the peace and beauty of the area.

The new airport will make access to the site much easier, and thus encourage greater numbers than ever before to visit.

But Machu Picchu is already overwhelmed by almost double the limit of tourists as recommended by UNESCO. [see also India’s Taj Mahal - an incredible site simply reeling under a relentless, ineffectively managed tourist, both domestic and international, onslaught]

It’s the constant battle between protecting the past and profiteering from it.

to be completely honest, there is probably nothing anyone can do about this at this point because it has been in the works since the 90’s. as you can most likely tell, our government is a fucking joke. still, this needs international attention. a lot of it. this is my country’s history, culture and one of the most beautiful things we have to offer at risk.

our best bet is at the very least causing somewhat global outrage to spread awareness and perhaps make this into something bigger amongst the middle and upper class people in the central cities as sadly the lower class and indigenous citizens (the majority of the country’s population) go widely ignored by the government and the former (middle and upper class) tend to also ignore shit unless they perceive it as affecting them directly
