I had an idea and then I realised I was just subconsciously remembering a piece of promo art for Revolutionary Girl Utena but I decided to draw it anyway however I'm not super happy with the final result. It probably would have worked better in a more graphic design style or something but that is not my strong point.

So here we are as it is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

More warm up sketches that end up taking way too much time.

I thought this one would turn out much better than it did but that's because I keep picking reference photos I think are good until I start drawing and then realise clothing and fabric is covering anatomy I need to be able to see to reference :/

It's not bad or anything, I just know that it could have been REALLY good...

Oh well.

Another warm up sketch but the power fucked me over so it ended up being the only art that happened.

Not too happy with some of this but I misjudged how clear the reference was. But it's not terrible so here it is.

Maybe I can actually do the art I was supposed to, today.

An idea I've had for a while until I talked myself out of doing it because it didn't seem to be how light works in regards to metal (or at least the one singular animal on earth which uses metal in its biology which happens to be a snail btw)

And then I watched ONE (1) video on Structural Colouring (aka Iridescence) in dinosaurs and birds and that was justification enough for me to lose my mind.

I started this like a month ago because I wanted to draw myself a reference on where to place Garrus' plates instead of just fucking winging it.

I am forever trying to learn how to draw the Boy and already I see problems here where I made his neck too thin because of how fucked up Turian anatomy is with the skulls and face plates and how it connects to their spines and shit. So I am already unhappy with it.

But here it is anyway because I spent too much time on it to not upload it.
